Maks turned his head around to see what all the noise was, just Val went to pull the trigger when Maks jumped up tackling him to ground. The gun flew from his hands, shooting missing Alex by a inch. "Christ Maks!" Alex was was now very shook up.

Maks held Val down, "Listen to me, I'm not mad okay? It was a mistake its done with now. I'm sure Meryl isn't mad, she knows it was a accident. You have to calm down, Meryl's in a lot of pain, and we don't need you can't need causing her more stress okayy?" Maks voice cracked and starting Meryl calling for him again. "Makss, please it hurts so bad." Maks now was on the verge of bawling as looked at Val hopefully. "Okay.." Val whispered , Alex and Teddy helped him back up as Maks ran back over to Meryl's side. "You have to apply pressure on it so the bleeding will stop." Serge warned

Maks nodded as Serge stood back up, "Maks..." Meryl whispered, "Shh it's okay babe, I'm here, I'm here." Maks interlocked one of their hands together and placed his other on her wound.

Desperate minutes of waiting seemed like entirety. "Ambulance is here!" Alex shouted, Serge and Maks carried Meryl over, "Is anyone else hurt?" The medic asked, everyone turned to Val. " You sir?" Val walked over "Just a bloody nose." The medic quickly looked at it, "Seems broke you should probably ride with us." Val looked at Maks, Meryl called out again "It.. hurtttss." She started crying. Maks nodded "Take good care of her." He headed towards the car and as the medic shut the door.
