Standing in the middle of the Los Angeles AirPort after approximately one day of flying among the clouds, I was finally here. Eyes wide, almost popping out of my sockets, staggered and amazed. It was so thrilling, I could feel the endorphins rushing in my veins, my camera was hanging impatiently around my neck, ready to capture any exciting moments and opportunity that comes in my way, why not begin now? Raising it up to my eyes and snapped my first photo of this trip.

The hotel I'm staying in is named "Omni Los Angeles at California," apparently, it's an enormous building with many floors involving. In the pictures, it looked very fresh, modern and somehow too luxurious for my taste, but I don't complain as I needed a goddamn well-deserved vacation that I have to take the most of it while it lasts.

The warmth of the sun blew right in my visage as soon as I stepped through the exit door and outside in the open air that I had to take off my wool jumper and loop around my waistline before I could move on. It was an unexpected climate change between these two countries.

The typical, recognizable yellow cabs of LA were lined up in a row outside the AirPort. Some of the drivers were even standing outside, having a rest in the heat, fanning themselves, smoking even chitchatting with each other. I guess I'll just pick someone to travel with, as I were about to roll my luggage to one of the drivers, a voice shouted.

"Ola, welcome to the States young lady, need a ride?"

A plumpy middle-length man in his late 40s I would say, wearing a Hawaiian shirt and a tank top underneath approaches to the back of his car, opening the trunk to load my suitcase in there, and slammed it harshly, causing me to jump.

"Please, get inside."

I did as he told me, choosing to sit in the backseat as it feels a bit safer for a weird reason. He got inside as well shortly thereafter, turning the key to the engine.

"First time visiting USA ay?" He asked, looking in the front mirror. He had thick dark brows and a "Mario" mustache (not to mention that he kinda looked like the game character himself) a shade of light brown shimmering eyes, those features, and the accent that he's speaking with sounds foreign.

"Yes..." I answered back, fastening my seatbelt.

"Then you got many places to see, amiga, LA won't disappoint you a bit. Which hotel are we heading to?"

"Omni Los Angeles."

"Ah, it's the popular one."

I raised my brows in amazement, "it is?"

"Yes, many of my passengers are staying there, or they have stayed to be more precise, assuming it to be a nice and well-served place with great hospitality from the staff members."

"Well, that sounds pleasing," I admitted in relief, wondering why it really is tempting."Why do people particularly choose to stay there apart from the punctations you just marked?"

"Because of the high building that reaches to the top, and some celebs that have been guesting there too if I'm not wrong."

Wow, imagine sharing the same hallway as Billie Eilish or Post Malone, leaning back in the seat and reverting to the imaginary world of fame once more.
