black and white

I want to meet someone blind
Look at the world from their eyes
They must see everything
as black and white

Me, every color is blurred
I wonder how they look at things
My everyday problems
must seem quite strange

I'd realize how superficial
we all must be
Inspired by a person who cannot see

Because if I'd see through a blind persons eyes
it's either rain or sunny skies

Everything would be so very clear
Nothing to despise
Maybe being unaware is bliss
Not giving your attention unless you're alert to it

I think we're all impaired in that sense
We see things every day
Are we aware of blurred colors
Or do we see straight lines?

Do we even notice if someones dying inside?
Is it really all black and white?

I'm sorry this is quite morbid and also, there isn't that much rhythm.
