3rd Person POV
Eliza opened her bedroom door and looked over the balcony, watching the servants rushing around cleaning and putting up decoration. They looked up and smiled, and she couldn't help but smile back widely.
She saw her care giver and best friend, Theodosia, moping the bottom row of stairs and quickly but quietly ran down the stairs to her. She snuck up behind her and slammed her hands on Theo's back, causing her to scream.
Eliza- BOO!
Theodosia- OH MY- Jesus Christ Elizabeth, don't do that to me!
Eliza- I'm sowy!
Eliza giggled as her friend placed a hand on her chest. She continued to speak in a childish voice.
Theodosia- What did I tell you about sneaking up and scaring me? Especially when I'm cleaning?
Eliza- To not do it. I'm sowy...
Theodosia- Oh my God, and please pronounce your r's!
Eliza- Wha... What did I do wong?
Theodosia- Well for starters, you said "wong" instead of "wrong".
Eliza giggled more and stopped talking in that voice as she leaned against the railing.
Theodosia- So hows your 23rd birthday going so far?
Eliza- I feel old. I don't like it. And I'm SO BORED!
Theodosia- Don't worry. I promise this party will change your mood!
She frowned. Theodosia looked up and down Eliza.
Theodosia- And I thought I told you to dress nice.
Eliza- Don't worry, I'll change my dress an hour before the party.
