Things between me and Billie have been complicated. We hang around each other like we're friends but when we're alone she makes me feel like I'm the only one in the world. Shawn has a girlfriend and well it was pretty clear he'd get a girlfriend soon but I didn't think he would 2 weeks into coming into school.

Cause i do so listen to me now oh ohhh and Im not tryna ruin your happiness but darling don't you know I'm the only one for ya" I sang as I strummed the guitar and drake played the drums in the middle of Riley's party. I made eye contact with Billie but she quickly looked away and pulled Ashlee into a nearby closet. No matter how much songs I write for this girl she will never understand how I feel about her. I hopped off the stage as the crowd cheered and drank from my water nearby the stage."I saw that" Riley whispered to me "saw what?" I questioned "the way you looked at Bil" she said with a smirk and she walked away. I followed after her and she grabbed my hand and waited outside the closet Billie and Ashlee were in which made me nervous. She knocked loudly on it and yelled at them to hurry up. They came out with swollen lips and love bites on their neck and it made my heart ache especially when me and Billie met eyes. "Move losers I wanna have me some fun with Divine here" Riley said with a smirk and Billie looked at me confused. Riley pushed me into the closet and locked the closet behind her "so spill" she said "me and Billie have been hooking up behind everyone's back for a while" I said not meeting her eye sight because I know she would be disappointed "you deserve better then to be a secret and you know that ocean eyes" Riley said saying the nickname Billie has given me and it has stuck. "I know but I like her a lot" I said as I sighed and leaned my head back "you deserve better now get out there and break it off while I distract ash" she said dragging me out of the closet and pushing me into Billie while she grabbed Ashlee and lead her to the beer pong table "we have to stop seeing each other" I told her "no why?" She asked "Billie you're using me and I'm just a game to you so stop" I said "fine want me to show you you aren't just a game to me?" She said. Before I could answer she climbed onto stage and played some music on the dj player "hey I wrote this song about someone very special I hope you guys like it" she said as she started to sing a song named ocean eyes
Ashlee's pov
Billie started to sing and I could tell instantly who that song was about. No other then my best friend. I looked at her and she was crying while she was looking at Billie sing and then she looked at me and had so much guilt in her eyes "Ash Im sorry" she said as I walked up to her but i didn't respond. Instead I slapped her face hard and she looked at me in shock so as everyone else in the party "that'll teach you to sleep with other people's girlfriend, Billie come on baby we're leaving" I said "ash let me explain please" she said "no okay leave me and my girlfriend alone" I said "Billie tell her it wasn't only my fault come on please" she cried as Billie and I got in the car. But Billie stayed quiet and got in "and you know what Divine? Now I know why your mom left you and why your dad can't stand you" I said as I got into the car and we sped off leaving a heartbroken Divine on the sidewalk.
