Roman was about to reach Letha's car when she managed to pull out of the parking lot, leaving a pissed off Roman behind to rush to his own car, so he could follow her. Once he managed to get in his car and start it up, Roman began driving only to see that Letha's car was nowhere in sight. Damn it! I swear if Letha does anything to destroy the progress I've made with Alyse so far, the both of them are going to get it, Roman thought to himself making his way to town. Roman drove around the small town looking to see if he could spot any sign of Letha's car that would give him a slight clue as to where his cousin and love would be. "Thank you for not parking out in the open where Roman could easily spot your car. I know you have a lot of questions for me. I promise you that I will answer all of them. But you must promise me that you won't go and repeat a word of this to anyone if I do tell you," Alyse begged Letha.

"I promise. What happened with my cousin Roman? What did he do to you, that has you shaken up to be around him," Letha asked.

Alyse blushed at the memory of what had happened between herself and Roman that morning.   "Roman came to my house, saying that he called you telling you that I was riding with him to school. Then he forced me in the car; before I had a chance to get out, he got in himself. He drove us to an alleyway. While we were there I looked him in the eye. Next thing I know, he's fucking me in his car. The whole time while he was doing that my mind was screaming no, but it was like I had lost all control over my body. My body didn't want to do anything to obey my mind what so ever. That seriously scared me Letha. I'm afraid that your cousin will suggest we move in together, and I won't be able to say no to him. I fear that if he has me alone he will only repeat his actions again, and I won't be able to do anything to stop him like before. I don't know what to do Letha. Do I remain here with my parents and wait for a repeat of this even to happen again; or do I do the unthinkable and go against what my papa wants and run far away from where Roman will never think to look for me?"

Letha sighed before replying to her distraught friend. "As your friend, this is going to be extremely hard for me to say, but if you feel this will happen again with Roman, then maybe you should leave Hemlock Grove and get far away from his as possible. It would be for your own safety. You wouldn't have to worry about Roman running into you when you are trying your hardest to avoid him. You also wouldn't have to worry about him suggesting the two of you getting a house together, where you would constantly have to look over your shoulder, or look around the corner to see if he's there waiting to pounce on you and force you into something you don't want. Just promise me that when you do leave Hemlock Grove, that you won't forget about me. And you have to find a way to keep in touch with me, even if it's in secret and I have to hide away from Roman to talk to you, I will do it. Just promise me that you won't forget about me."

"I could never forget about you. You're my best friend. I'll be sure to write you everyday; and tell you about my boring every day life," Alyse promised.

"Maybe it would be best to not write to me. Once you leave and roman finds out about it, he will do anything and everything he can to track you down until he has you again. Once he gets you back it's guaranteed that Roman won't give you any freedom. He will find ways to keep you by his side. Just be safe and don't get caught by Roman," Letha replied.

"Thank you for being understanding. But you do realize that I won't be able to leave until night fall right? Roman is most likely out there right now, looking any and everywhere to find any trace of me right now," Alyse said.

Letha smiled at her friend. "I understand. Hopefully you will be able to stay out of Roman's sight until tonight."

"That will be highly impossible, seeing as Roman is hell bent on keeping me in his sights at all times. He's going to find me. I just know it. I can't keep myself hidden away from him...especially in this town. It's a small town after all. Roman is bound to find me and drag me back to his home most likely. I just fear that he will make me do things that I don't want to do before I leave Hemlock Grove for good," Alyse replied.

"If you want, you can come to my house until it's time for you to leave. Roman barely stops by my house anyway. He would never think to look for you there," Letha suggested.

"Thank you so much Letha. I really appreciate you helping me out with this," Alyse replied before spotting Roman's red car parking across the street. "Oh dear god! Roman spotted your car in the parking lot! I have to hide before he finds me."

"Head to the girls bathroom. I'll get him to leave. Once he's gone I'll come and grab you before I leave and we can head back to my house. But I'll watch and see if he leaves right away before I come for you," Letha said before Alyse got up and rushed to the bathroom.

Roman got out of his car, making his way over to the ice cream parlor, where he spotted Letha's car parked. Don't see why I didn't think to check here first, Roman thought to himself before his phone rang. "What is it now, Olivia," Roman answered in an annoyed tone.

"Roman darling, I've got wonderful news. Cornelius Stormnight has agreed to start letting Alyse stay with us from Thursday night to Sunday morning. That way she can get used to living with you. I know you may not be satisfied to have her around all the time. But it's a start. Plus it will give you some time to work your charm and seduce her. Maybe even get her pregnant so Cornelius has to agree to let her remain with us," Olivia stated.

"I would love all of that. But I have to find her first. Alyse managed to give me the slip at school. She left with Letha, but I found Letha's car meaning they aren't far. I'm going to ask Letha where Alyse is. If I can't manage to find her, I'm going to call Uncle Norman and ask him to let me know if Alyse shows up at his house with Letha," Roman said before hanging up on his mother while making his way into the ice cream parlor; where his cousin sat at the table alone. Roman took the seat opposite of Letha giving her a slight glare. "Hello cousin."

"Roman, what a surprise," Letha greeted.

"Cut the shit Letha. I know you know where Alyse is, because she climbed into your car with you. I also know for a fact that she has no way of getting home, without a ride. So where is she," Roman asked in a pissed off tone. Letha sighed while rolling her eyes at Roman.

"Roman I dropped Angel off before coming here. She's at her house upset. She wouldn't tell me what was bothering her though. Do you know what happened to make her upset?"

"What is bothering Alyse isn't any of your concern. If anything it's something that only I should be concerned with," Roman replied.

"She's my friend. Sorry for showing concern for my friend," Letha said while getting annoyed with Roman.

Roman sighed before getting up. "I have to go and talk to her. But before I leave let me make it clear that if you pull anything stupid like this again, I'll make sure you never come in contact with Alyse again. Understand?"

 "I understand Roman," Letha said.

"Good. Oh and another thing," Roman said as he went to get up, but stopped suddenly. Roman looked up and stared deep into Letha's eyes before speaking again. "You're going to finish up and leave. Your mother called you and said she needed you back home for something and you completely forgot about it until now. You're going to leave Alyse's school bag and allow me to be the one to take her back home." Roman then quickly wiped the blood from his nose before Letha snapped out of her trance.

"Oh gosh! I have to get home. I completely forgot that my mom had called me and said she needed me home to help her out. Nice seeing you Roman," Letha said while getting up and rushing out of the ice cream parlor.
