i wait patiently for a someone named yn "ren im here!"i perk up and see the
h/c haired woman she looks pale.... i watch her worry building up inside as she reaches me she tilts her head "what wrong?" 

"i should be asking that.....you look quite pale..." for a second i could have sworn i saw her smile falter  "your imagining things"she joked

"perhaps..."

i wait silently for her return as time passed fewer people and fewer people came to the shrine until they all stopped but i still waited even if it was all in vain..

yn pov

i lay in my bed which i had been stuck in for a year crippled by my illness i felt so weak all i could think about the wind god  am i going to die without even saying goodbye? i fell a tear roll down my cheek   

"can you real heal my daughter?"my ears pick up on my mother's conversation

"i can not promise anything but i will try" an unfamiliar responded

"she this way!"

i hear my sliding door open my eyes bare can make a mysterious figure he looked like a medicine seller he takes a seat besides me "so your miss yn"he asks me i cant respond he place his hand on my forehead he looks through his medicine box i watch as he pulls out several herbs and began mixing them together "here this should help you recover"he says as he sits me up and tells me to open my mouth for the first time in a long time i felt strength enter my body "wh..who are you?"

"im just a humble medicine seller"

i felt myself crumple to the ground as i see the ruins of the shrine

in an instant i am swallowed by darkness the voice of the monster filled my head

my mind was consumed by dark thoughts filled with hatred and resentment i feel darkness wrap around me

why protect them...they forgot me..my eyes start to close as i let the darkness  take hold

my eye shot open i see an image of woman her h/c colored hair flowed she illuminated the darkness with a soft light she smiled gently making me stare in awe "ren lets leave this place"she whispers as she held out her hand i reach out and take as i did the darkness swallowed us up i felt my body change i will protect my people! i felt a new power surge from me as i broke free from the monster and emerged it smiled sickening

i watch as ren and the giant monster clash their battle was chaotic fires spread through the village "we need to go!"my mother said i shake my head  "no I WONT LEAVE HIM AGAIN"i scream breaking from my mothers grip i feel someone grab me by the waist "NO..LET ME GO! REN!!!"i  scream as im carried away by my father

i sit in thought as i take a rest from rebuilding the wind gods shrine my heart was put at ease a bit when i heard one of the villagers saw him being saved by a spirit

ren pov

i watch as they rebuild my shrine i feel empty ever since I became a spirit i could no longer hear their thoughts and prayers i sigh and smile as long as they are safe i do not regret anything...my eye goes wide when i see a familiar h/c colored hair we make eye contact i stare into her e/c eyes

     yn....

we stare at eachother until she turns away not ever looking back i feel my heart fall apart as she leaves my view i sigh as i turn away to find somewhere i could think in peace 

yn pov

ren..... i turn and run to my parents i needed to catch up to him! i ask them if i can explore the forest which they reluctantly agree i get stranges glances as i pass running as fast as i could my smile fades when he was no longer there i look around frantically i end up running deeper in the forest until i final find him his dark violet hair glisten i blush admiring him he was even more handsome than before "r..ren..?"i ask he looks at me in shock i could see the hurt in his eye i run up to him and wrap my arms around him hugging him desperately "i missed you so much...!"i cried out "wh..where you....i...i waited for you...."his voice cracked as he returned the hug just as desperate as i was "for...so long....but you never...came"my heart aches he waited for me...? 

ren pov 

i felt emotion i tried to bury come out i never truly knew how much i missed her "i'm so sorry....im sorry"she cries out "what happened to you..?"i ask "i was sick....it got to a point where i couldnt leave my bed..."she tells me i break away and i stare into her eyes in shock "wh...WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME!?!"i all but shout surprising even myself she looks away ashamed "i...i just didnt want you to worry about me...you've gone through enough worry..."she whispers i pull her into my arms "i'll always worry about you....because i love you so much yn.." i whisper she breaks from my embrace and smiles before she kiss me i am stunned before i return it "no matter what you turn into i will always love you ren"

ren and yn could never be separated yn told her parents she was going to become a shrine maiden to the wind gods shrine she lived there with ren always by her side some of the worshipers spread rumors that she was the wind gods lover "hmm what rumors?"ren asked concerned for his lover who was expecting his child she just smiled "they say i am a lover to a handsome wind god"she hums as she lets her hand travel over her baby bump ren smiles softly as he seats himself besides yn and rest his hand on top of hers "but im no longer a god"he whispered out "your my god..."yn said confidently "and your my goddess"
