Krist's mother was ignoring Krist. She was angry, angry that her son was going against her words so forcefully. Krist didn't really say anything. If he apologized right then and there, then all of his effort up until this point would have been in vain. Perhaps he was just not filial. This time, he decided that he would stand up for himself. Thus, the two of them were in a deadlock. When they were eating, even Grandmother saw that there was something wrong with the two of them.

" What's wrong with you two these days?"

Krist's mother smiled reluctantly: "Mom, there's nothing wrong. You don't need to worry."

Krist placed his bowl down onto the table: "Grandma, you'll know sooner or later anyway."

As Krist was about to speak, his mother interrupted him: "Krist, stop speaking before you overdo it."

" Do I make you feel that ashamed? Grandmother, I'll just tell you the truth."

" Krist!!"

" Just what is going on?"

Grandmother wanted to know what on earth was causing this mother and son to fight to this extent.

" I'm dating a man."

Despite his mother's efforts, Krist still said it. Krist's mother was so angry that her lips were trembling. His grandmother dropped her bowl to the ground once she heard the news and let out a broken sound.

" Little Kit, you, what did you just say?"

" Grandmother, I've fallen in love with a man."

After these words were spoken, his grandmother stood up, staring at Krist with an inconceivable expression. Grandmother, who lived in the countryside all her life, had never seen nor heard of such a thing before, so she absolutely could not handle such a blow. Without saying a single word, her sight went black as she fainted. Krist, startled, stood up to hold onto his grandmother. His mother also came to help and hauled her onto her bed so that she could lie down.

" Mom, mom, are you okay?"

She then hurriedly call ambulance. She pushed Krist aside, who was extremely worried.

" Get out. You're happy now, right? You're satisfied now that you've angered her to this degree, right? Go, go tell everyone around the world about your rotten situation. You're not satisfied until you've angered everyone who cares about you to death, right? That way, you can be together with Singto, right?"

" I, I didn't know it would be like this. I didn't want it to be like this." Krist felt helpless.

" Get out of here, our family does not allow heartless people like you. Leave! I agree to you two being together so go follow him. Do whatever you want, just don't come back here. This is what you want, isn't it? Other than that great and mighty love of yours, what else do you care about?"

" Mom, I didn't mean to anger Grandmother on purpose, I just wanted to make things clear."

" Is it clear enough now? What do you want to do to this family until you're satisfied? I don't have such a selfish son. Get out."

" Mom~~"

" Don't call me 'mom.' Did you not hear me? I told you to leave! If something really does happen to grandmother, then I will never forgive you."

With one last glance at his grandmother, Krist turned around and left. His fists were tightly clenched into a fist and his fingernails dug deeply into the flesh of his palms. He never thought that his grandmother would be this angry. Now, he had pretty much become a criminal. Krist stood outside as he watched the ambulance take his grandmother away, his mother also went along. A flash of light lit up the grey sky, followed by the loud rumble of thunder. Not long after, large teardrop-like raindrops began to fall, drenching the entire world. If everyone else thinks you're wrong, then even something that is clearly right will become wrong. How do I describe my pain right now? I can't give up either side. Any struggling would only make the wounds worse, and in the end it would tear into a chasm that cannot be restored. Despite the rain soaking his entire body, Krist stepped into the rain. With his lips pale, his body trembling, and the road beneath his feet turned muddy, he ran forward. He ran to Singto's car and saw through the window a tired Singto hunched over of dashboard and fast asleep.
