You and the kids waited anxiously, waiting for their guardians to come through the portal. Holding their hand together hoping that they would see their leader and their guardians. Ratchet standing next to the overhang.

Arcee walked in first. Looking down at her pedes. Bumblebee came in looking towards the kids. Bulkhead then coming in,anxious to see his charge. Then finally Optimus coming through the portal. His face full of confusion and wonder. Like he never been in the base before

His optics lit up in wonder. He stopped walking and looked around base. Arcee went to Ratchet, to tell him about the situation. Ratchet widened his eyes, you looked at him confusingly. Optimus walked around the base, touching everything carefully. He saw you and he quickly ran over.

"Ratchet! Look!" He said pointing to you.

"Opti-"

"Yes I know Orion. They are called Humans"

Orion?

"Wow!"

Your eyes widened. He didn't remember you. You quickly walked over to Ratchet.

"Ratchet!" You whispered loudly

He turned around and looked at you.

"What is it"

"What happened to Optimus"

He sighed

"When he sacrificed the Matrix Of Leadership, he went back to his pre-Prime state. He doesn't remember anything from when he was a prime." He explained

Your knees gave out a bit. Making your collapses, gripping on the edge of the railing. Ratchet quickly held out a servo to help. Getting up you wiped your face.

"What do we do!?" You called

"I do not know" he said sadly

You looked up again and saw opt- Orion touching everything in the human area.

"We will find something"

Couple days later, the Base was different. Ratchet was giving the commands to the bots. While Orion was helping ratchet with medical problems

Sitting on the couch you were reading a book you got from the library called Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters (go with it. I never read Harry Potter don't @ me) the book so far was really interesting and full of sass.

Walking out of the hallway. Orion saw you sitting on the couch. He quickly ran over to you, with a small smile on his face when he saw you reading a book.

His pedes steps made you look away from your book. Looking towards the curious bot you smiled at him too.

"Hey Op-Orion!" You corrected

"Hello (Y/N), what is that you are reading?" He asked pointing to the book. You closed the book and held up the cover.

"Oh this... it's called Percy Jackson sea of monsters! It's a really good book." You said

He hummed in acknowledgement. Then he started to blush a little. You tilted your head and sat up in the couch criss cross. Confused

"Do you...uh...think you could read it to me?" He asked softly. You smiled at him. With nothing else to do, and how interesting the book was, it's sounded great.

"Sure!" You said happily.

He smiled at you, then shakily held out his servo. Wanting you to get on.

"B-be careful...please I don't want to drop you" He said quickly. You placed your hand in his digit and looked up at the mech

"I know" was all you said and hop on his servo. He curled his digits around you just in case and walked with you to his berthroom. Placing you on his shoulder while you walked

The doors slid open to show his berthroom. Quickly he walked over to his berth and sat down. Snapping his head towards you, and blushing. He adjusted himself on the bed to lay down.

"Are you sure you want me to read it?" You asked

"If you are okay with that."

You sighed

"Alright"

You cleared your throat

"I wasn't sure about that. I didn't want to be a human GPS unit. But before I could say anything, Tyson tapped my shoulder "other boat is coming..."

I looked towards Orion, only to see his optic already closed and his venting even and slow. You chuckled quietly and shifted over to his helm. Kissing it lightly. His body warmed up quickly and is optics shot open. And turned to you

"(Y-y/n)?!"

"Shush" You said holding your finger in front of his intake. Smiling.

He smiled back at you and held out his servo. You turned and got on slowly and he placed you in his chassis. Feeling it going up and down.

"Can...you continue?"

"Yea"

"I looked back. The coast guard vessel was definitely on out tail now. It's lights were flashing and it was globing speed 'we can't let them catch us' I said..."
