In the Sand I'll Bury Your Name

A line of palm-trees

Paint green the golden shore

It's the sea I come to adore.

My hair flutters with the breeze

With the smell of crisp clean summer

Foaming crests form in the water

Match the clouds above the sky.

Where the seagulls dance and fly

To then dive into the sea

Vast blue nature smiles with glee

And the ocean seems to speak

To my soul that comes to seek

A vent to purge it's sorrow.

I will die here in the morrow.

Turquoise will be my grave.

In this place my heart is safe.

In this sands I'll build my fortress

And will bathe my naked madness

Your wet hands will touch my core

I'll make love with the sea shore

And then hide into my castle

Golden, vast, perfect bedazzle.

I will dive into your womb

With sea conch my hair will comb

For a mermaid I will be

I will rest in the blue sea

In the sand your name will bury.

To forget your love so dreary.
