I put the gift in the box and just set it on the counter.
Tom was upstairs and I got everything ready.
He comes downstairs.
I start recording a video for Instagram.
"Hey everyone! To all the dads out there we wanted to say Happy Father's Day!" I say
"HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL FATHERS, GRANDFATHERS,GREAT GRANDFATHERS. ALL THE FATHERS." Tom exclaims
"Great job raising a living, breathing human being. If you're a new dad, you'll do great. I love my dad, my grandads also Toms dad because he's freaking awesome." I say
"I love my dad and grandads!" He says
I pick up the box and turn the camera towards him.
"Happy Father's Day!" I say
He looks confused.
"I'm not a da-." He starts and opens the box looking in.
"NO WAY." He exclaims
"Yes way!" I say still recording him.
"NO MOTHER FLIPPING WAY." He says jumping up and down.
"YES MOTHER FRICKING WAY." I yell
"I'M GONNA BE A DAD?!" He yells.
"YEAH. I'M PREGNANT." I yell
He runs around the house screaming and yelling and freaking out.
He then hugs me and kisses me all over the face.
"WAIT THERES A BABY IN THERE." He says poking my stomach
"Yeah!" I say
"GUYS I'M GONNA BE A DAD." He says to the camera.
He goes on his knees and kisses my belly.
"Well now you guys know! We are expecting a the new little Holland baby to be coming!" I say
He pops up.
"Wait Holland?" He asks looking at me, smiling like crazy.
"We may not be married but it's your kid. Should be Holland." I say
He starts crying.
"It just sunk in that I'm gonna be a dad to an actual human being." He cries
"Awww" I say
"Happy Father's Day everyone! Love you guys!" I say and then post the video.
I put the phone down and he starts crying into my shoulder.
"I love you so much." He says
"I love you too babe." I smile
He kneels and kisses my belly again.
"We already love you so much." He says hugging my torso.
I smile.
He's gonna be a great dad.
