Kidnapped

Chapter 14

Y/n's pov

Five and I are driving back to the academy in a car that was most probably stolen but I couldn't care less. We are returning the place I never wanted to return. Too bad the person who I did want to return to lives there.

Five kept asking if I was alright and feeling alright for the whole drive. Honestly, I never expected Five to be worried about me. I also didn't expect myself to like it this much.

"Are you sure that you're o-" i don't let him finish his question.

"I am sure." I answer already, making him playfully roll his eyes.

"Did the handler, that woman, say something about me leaving? Did she know?" I ask Five

I have to know. I could easily have ruined his mission and if she knows about my feelings towards Five, she will use it against me and make him blame me for ruining his mission..

"She didn't. I went back to the commission to steal another tracker of theirs, put it in my room and connected it with their computer." He says proudly.

I have no idea what the heck the commission is but what he did was very smart. "Smart." I compliment him. "I am the definition of smart." He chuckes as he puts his chin up but really, it makes me laugh.

"Don't think too much of it Five." I take a break from laughing but continue after just a few seconds and he  joins me.

I don't think that Five and I really laughed together. We never joked about things before. Something has changed and I am allowing myself to think that it is because we found each other again.

Once inside we see Klaus talking to air. I look up at Five to see that he isn't even close to being surprised. He notices my confused expression and chuckles softly. Which causes Klaus to look up with now a confused expression.

"A happy Five?" He says as his jaw drops.

Five rolls his eyes in response. "Klaus can talk to the dead remember. He probably was talking to some ghost." He explains.

"Ben doesn't like being called some ghost." Klaus points out and then turns his head to me "Do your know Ben?".

He points to his right but there is nothing to see for me. I shake my head, I don't know him.

"He is our brother. He says hi." Klaus says.

I'm still rather confused but I decide to go with it. I have no idea if it is Klaus being high again or if he is saying the truth. I don't want to hurt klaus or Ben's feelings so I just smile and answer "Hi Ben."

"I'll introduce you to the others and their powere." Fivr says as he grabs my hand and leads me to the hallway.

"I don't know if everyone is here. Our family split up years ago." Five sighs.

"My family was about to split up too." I add and I have no idea why I said this. But it is true.

Five's head turns to me. "Your parents.." He says and I nod. It's weird to talk about my parents with Five. Since he is the one who could easily go back in time to save them. But I was forbidden to tell anyone about the circumstances at home. My parents were working it out, that's what they always said.

"They were always fighting. It wouldn't have taken them much long to actually decide to divorce." I say.

"I'm sorry for that." Five gives me a reassuring smile.

"It's good that I can concentrate on something else, like your mission!"

Five's pov

'like your mission.' Y/n says with a huge smile. God I want to tell her everything about it. What my mission is, to stop the apocalypse.
