Once I encountered an old man passing by the street. I helped him get through the other side of the road 'cause he seems to be not aware of the beeps he got from the passing cars. He said, thank you and I said "Afwan" He gave me a piece of word before we bid goodbyes.
He said "Young man, please wake your soul up before its too late. We dont know when or how we will die. I dont regret having this kind of life, but thank you for saving me from the devil thoughts I have now. Allah did gave me a time to repent."
I dont know what that means but Alhamdullilah, for what it is. I saved his life. After that I prayed that he is now in good condition together with the care of Allah.
