Who are kafirs?
Kafir - (disbelievers) who denies the existence of Allah or doesnt believe in the holy books Allah has revealed.
Who are munafiqs?
Munafiq - (hypocrites) explicitly claims to be a muslim. However, he either does not actually believe in Islam.
Signs of a Munafiq
1. He tells lies.
2. When he promise, he breaks it.
3. When you entrust him with something, he proves treacherous.
4. Whenever he disputes, he is abusive
Abdullah ibn 'Amr narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said, "If anyone has four characteristics, he is a pure hypocrite, and if anyone has one of them, he has an aspect of hypocrisy until he gives it up: whenever he is trusted, he betrays his trust; whenever he speaks, he lies; when he makes an agreement, he breaks it; and when he quarrels, he deviates from the truth by speaking falsely." [al-Bukhari (34) and Muslim (58)]
5. He likes to slander the believers
6. He starts fitnah among the believers and then pretends he doesnt know who started it.
7. They are tight fisted and stingy
8. He is a coward and puts dodgy conditions on Jihad.
9. They are lazy in ibadah.
10. When there is a jihad, he cheers for the crusaders against the mujahideen
11. They like to ask questions only Allah can answer.
12. He cant retain knowledge and he cant learn
13. He likes to highlight the negative impacts of the islamic history when the fact that their isnt.
14. He goes to frontline for the booty and mutiny.
15. He pays attention to fancy dress and flowery words or speech and forgets to purify his heart.
16. He is rebellious to Qur-an and Sunnah
17. He likes to take his disputes to the Kafir courthouse
18. They have two faces and two tongues.
19. He likes to call muslims fool.
20. They like to sit in places where Allah's deen is ridiculed.
21. They cant practice Al Walla Al baraa
( they take enemies as friends)
22. They insult Allah and Rasoolulah
23. They speak about Islam sarcastically
24. They despair quite easily and they dont have tawakkal
25. They spread corruption and pretends to be peaceful.
26. They are greedy for dunya
27. He exposes his wealth.
28. He likes to be praised for the things he doesnt do.
29. They use harsh words in arguments
30. They pretend they pray 5 times when the fact that they dont.
