Qur-an 103:1-3 reads "By time, surely man is in loss, save those who believe and do good deeds, and enjoin on each other truth, an enjoin on each other patience."
We should use our time wisely to do good deeds. Help people who are in need. Volunteer. Give zakat, sadaqah, make sunnat as many as way possible. We should be truthful with one another and be consistent in serving Allah (swt). We should have patience--slow to become angry, and quick to forgive so that cycles of violence and abuse stop with us.
