Ruby eyes and the healer

Chapter 4

ZHAO POV

I woke up, feeling very thirsty, looked around and saw nana siting next to me reading a book. After I open my eyes fully, I noticed I was in the hospital

"nana?"

"Yunlan sweetie, how are you?"

"Thirsty" I chuckled 

"Understandable you have been sleeping for 3 days sweetie" wow

"I have? what happen?" 

"Your boss found you in his office,  unconscious" 

"Oh" and then I remembered the whole thing with Dun Ding

"Lets go home sweetie, doctors said you are free to go as soon as you woke up" she said, while getting up packing up.

A car was waiting for us when we got out, and she told me to get in. We drove in silence, wait I did not tell her where I live, and this is not the way to my home, I looked at her

"nana.." she cut me off 

"you are moving in with me sweetie"

"what?"

"I don't want you to be alone, and I live alone and I'm lonely" 

"But nana"

"No buts sweetie, already packed up your stuff and its already been placed at my place, you are my dear Qi qis grandchild, which means your are like my own" She said sternly 

I did not know what to say, was thankful and honestly knowing  Dun Ding was around made me scared to be alone. 

"Thank you nana"  and I gave her a smile

When we got there, wow  is all I could think, the outside of the apartment looked very expensive itself but inside was even more so. When she open her door, a fluffy dog came running to me , oh my god

"Choco!" My Choco, I lifted her up and she  started to lick my face

"I missed you too choco" then nana said

"I talked to your friend while we were getting your stuff, and I thought you would want to have choco here with you" I smiled

"thank you so so much nana" . 

After getting settled, I walked around just looking, and noticed something, she had no family pictures around, I walked to her

"do you need any help nana?" 

"oh no sweetie, food is almost done" 

"Nana, why don't you have any family pictures around?" 

"because it just reminds me of how broken our family is, and it would only hurt my grandson whenever he comes over to visit. But I do have a small picture of him and his brother when they were younger in my bedroom" 

"oh I see" Since I live here now, it would be a big chance that I might meet him, I really want to be his friend. 

After dinner I was walking choco outside when I heard

"Yunlan?" I looked up 

"oh boss" what is he doing here, he stared at me for few then

"how are you feeling?" 

"I'm fine thank you, and thank you for helping me" he just looked at me, then choco suddenly ran to him, trying to get him to pick her up
