"Hey Namjoon Hyung," Jimin greeted once he sat down at the café they were currently at.
"Jimin," Namjoon took a sip of his coffee. "It's been a while. Two years?"
"Yeah, but I really needed to talk to someone wise," Jimin looked down.
"What's wrong?" The older furrowed his eyebrows. "You know I'd always try to help you Chim."
"Well...I got into a relationship."
"Chim that's great, good for you!" Namjoon exclaimed. "Who's the lucky girl?"
"Actually it's a boy Hyung," Jimin blushed. "I'm gay."
"Then he's lucky as well," Namjoon nodded. "Wait, do you need relationship advice? Because I'm not that experienced in that field, so I don't know if I can help."
"Maybe..." Jimin ended up shaking his head. "Well, actually, no, I don't think so. Basically we got together about a year ago, and at first he was great Hyung, I fell in love. But then his job started stressing him and..." Jimin inhaled. "And he turned to alcohol. He gets drunk and sometimes...sometimes he hits me Hyung. And everyone I know is telling me to break up with him b-but I just love him too much. Is it bad Hyung? Is it bad to love someone so dearly?"
Namjoon hesitated, his mouth open to be ready for the words that were still processing in his mind. "Not if the person's the right one. Jimin, right now you're in a toxic relationship, and that can change, if he decided to do something about it. Have you guys talked about this?"
"No," Jimin's voice was quiet, a bit embarrassed.
"Then you need to," Namjoon's voice was kind. "If he's willing to stop for you, great, it means he truly loves you. If not, sorry Chim, you're going to have to let go."
"Okay," Jimin gave a bitter smile. "That's not exactly what I wanted to hear, but I guess it's the best advice I'm going to get. I should probably go, he'll be home soon. Let's meet again soon, like as friends, not just when I need your help. And if all goes well, I can come with my boyfriend. I'd like you to meet him."
"Of course Chim," Namjoon's dimples appear. "See you around."

"Jungkook?" Jimin called as he walked in the door. "Are you sober?"
"Yeah," But as Jungkook turned a corner, Jimin spotted an unopened beer bottle in his hand. "Why?"
"I really need to talk to you," Jimin walked forward, taking the beer bottle away-but Jungkook didn't let go without a small fight first. Jimin had to force it out of his hands. "While you're not under the influence of alcohol."
Jungkook nodded, grabbing the smaller's hand gently. Sober, even when stressed, he was really caring, he could watch himself. Drunk, and he doesn't do any of that.
"What do you need to talk about?" Jungkook sat down on the couch.
Jimin exhaled. "Do you love me?"
The taller's eyebrows furrowed. "Baby of course. More than anything. Is that all?" Jungkook reached for the bottle in Jimin's hand, but Jimin pulled it back, placing a hand on Jungkook's chest to stop him.
"Did you know that everyone's telling me to break up with you?"
"What?"
"Jungkook you have a drinking problem," Jungkook's eyes quickly darted to the beer bottle before going back to the older.
"What?" Jungkook seemed genuinely surprised. "No I don't!"
"You see this right? This white mark?" Jimin pointed to right around his cheekbone. "That's when you were drunk, and you slapped me and the ring you were wearing cut my face. It left a scar. You remember, don't you?"
"Yes of course, and I apologized-"
"But Jungkook it doesn't change," Jimin argued. "You still get drunk and angry, and you still hit me. It's a never ending cycle."
"So this is it?" Jungkook's voice crumpled. "Are you breaking up with me?"
Jimin wanted to say no, to assure him that would never happen, but...he couldn't. "That depends. Are you willing to stop drinking for me? Will you get help to stop? Because if not, I'm leaving you. I'm not getting hurt by you anymore."
"Jimin, baby of course. It's just that I was stressed and I-"
"Then why didn't you talk to me?" Jimin stared directly at him, sullen. "You turned to alcohol instead of me, don't you realize how much that hurts me? I want to be the one to help you on your bad days. I love you so much and I should break up with you but I truly believe we're meant to be something, because if it was anyone else, I think I would have left a long time ago. I-I love you, okay, but if you don't change I have to leave."
"Baby!" Jungkook brings the smaller to his lap, who has curled into a ball, shaking a bit due to emotion. Jungkook's voice went to a whisper. "I'm so stupid baby. I've hurt you so much yet you still stay. I don't deserve you. I'll change...I'll try too. I love you, I guess I just haven't been proving it, have I?"
"You do when you're sober..." Jimin trailed.
"All the more reason to be," Jungkook chuckled softly. "So you'll give me another chance?"
"If you're willing to put me before beer," Jimin gestured to the drink he had set on the table.
"Jiminie I always have," The younger kissed the top of his head.
"Didn't seem that way..."
"And I would have never known if you didn't talk to me," Jungkook poked his boyfriend's soft tummy. "If you ever have a problem, talk to me. We're a couple, we're supposed to work together to figure things out, something I should have found out before I turned to alcohol. I'm so sorry. We'll work together okay?"
"Okay."
"God I love you," Jungkook gave his lover a squeeze. And they stayed like that, finally, for the first time in months, at complete peace.
A/N: Angsty with a wholesome ending. Love that sis.
Anyways I'm almost done with the first notebook worth of Jikook oneshots. And me being the lazy ass I am hasn't started putting the ones from my second notebook onto a word document to prepare for Wattpad. Hopefully I will in the next few days but if I don't upload for a day or two, at least you know why.
Also, I have a question, have you ever had a dream with Jimin and Jungkook in them? Because every time I do they're always dating. Like I had one where I was Jimin and I kind of just fell asleep on Jungkook's shoulder (Jungkook smelled like Downy fabric softener btw) and Jungkook told Jimin that he loved him a lot, then I had another dream I was enrolling into college and I saw that my dorm was next to Jungkook's and my first thought was, "Oh my God I'll get to see Jimin and Jungkook all the time because they're dating!"
This probably shows that even subconsciously I have no doubt in my mind that Jikook is real.
Did you see the almost kiss at Muster yesterday!? I just want to shove their face together when they're that close! Someday they're going to lose it I tell you and one of them will just do it. Let's hope so guys!
