Jeongin's POV

So.. I'm dating Y/n.

It feels so not real but at the same time it is..?

After dropping her off I went back to the house with the boys.

"Hello?" I said entering the house.

I heard shrieking from a bedroom and found Changbin and Seungmin wrestling.

"Don't worry, I won't be asking this time" I said while leaving the room.

I walked to Hyunjin's room and he was having snacks while watching tv.

"Hey Jeongin, just in time. Ok so about your girl problem, I have a friend and she's-"

I cut him off. "Actually me and Y/n are dating .. now" I said a bit hesitant.

He froze.

Don't make a big deal of it, don't make a big deal of it-

"What? Did I hear this correctly? Y-You have a girlfriend now?" he stood up on his bed.

"Uh yeah" I nervously stated, looking down.

"Woah woah woah, I need to tell the others" he jumped off the bed.

"You really dont-"

"Hey everyone! our little maknae has a girlfriend!" Hyunjin shouted while running through the hallway so everyone could hear.

Soon everyone left their rooms and we all ended up gathered in the living room.

"What's her name?"

"Is she pretty?"

"When did you two start dating?"

"How did he get a girlfriend before me?"

The room was filling with different questions.

"Ok, ok, guys let's calm down and have a simple conversation with him," Chan calmed them down.

the room went quiet until chan started to talk.

"Ok, what's her name?" he asked.

"Y/n," I answer.

"What?!" Felix and Jisung say at the same time.

"I thought she rejected you?" Jisung asked.

I just shook my head.

"When did you guys start dating?" Felix asked.

"Well. You know.. today"

"Ooh" everyone said in unison.

Don't act so surprised, you pretty much already knew this

"You should invite her over" changbin said.

"No, it's too early" I furrowed my eyebrows, shaking my head.

"Fine, when she's ready and it's not too early, you should invite her" he changed the sentence.

Everything settled down and everyone went back to their own rooms. As did I.

Something felt strange about me and her dating. Something was off, but I chose to ignore it.

Hyunjin walked in my room and sat down.

"How would you feel if we transferred to your school?" he said.

"You guys are?" I said with amusement.

"Well maybe. We realised we're missing out on your life and plus, you got a girlfriend before us and the others are jealous. We'll also get to meet your girl! and we get to hang out as 9 again" he answered.

"I like the idea, you should do it" I nodded.

After our talk I got ready for bed and fell asleep.

Y/n's POV

I figured Jeongin went to school a bit earlier than I did so I did as well.

I looked around and surely I saw him just entering through the school gates.

I jogged up behind him and laced our fingers together.

"Goodmorning" I greeted.

He looked a bit flustered but soon just went along with it.

"Goodmorning" he smiled.

The other students near noticed quickly. They looked at our hands with widened eyes.

We continued walking through the halls.

"We're getting a lot of attention" he said quietly.

"It's okay" I comforted.

We went into his first classroom.

I sat in the seat next to his.

"So Jeongin, you're good at math right?" I asked sitting down.

"Uh yeah I guess so" he shrugged. "Why?"

"Well you think you could help me with my math homework after school? I don't really get the material"

"Uh, yeah sure" he nods his head.

"Ok great" I smiled. "Your place after school, you can't say no"

"Oh well I live with a lot of people" he seemed to hesitate about me going over.

"I don't mind,"

"Let me just check with them first" he lightly laughed.

He started texting on his phone.

"Is it a yes?" I asked leaning next to him.

Ugh they're going to embarass the hell out of me. Jeongin thought.

"They said yeah, it's not problem" he responded putting his phone in his pocket.

"Okay, well I'm going to head to class, see you later" I gave him a kiss on the cheek and walked away.

I didn't notice some of the boys looking. Their eyes followed me out of the classroom.

I found Seunghye in the classroom on her phone.

"Yo yo yo" I said sitting next to her.

"Oh what's up?" she said turning her phone off.

"The ceiling" I answered laughing hysterically as if I just made the joke of the century.

"You're the definiton of annoying"
Then the bell rang. Well that's even more annoying.

I sat at the table and started to eat.

"Y/n, wanna go to the mall after school?" Chaelin    asked.

"Cant. I'm grounded," I declined.

"Oh, okay" she shrugged.

"What about you Seunghye?" Chaelin asked her.

"Yeah I'm down" she answered.

After school I searched for Jeongin. Once I found him I held his hand and started to walk with him.

"You lead the way"
