Y/n's POV
It's been a few days and I stopped asking Jeongin for help. Now I'm dating him because I really like him. I always thought the only guys I'd ever like are big muscular dudes. But I guess not.
But unfortunately there always just has to be someone to get in my way.
"Kichul I already told you. Leave. Me. Alone."
"No Y/n, I love you"
"No you don't stop being dramatic. I hope you find a girl that loves you back. Sadly for you, that girl isn't me" I give him a pat on the back.
"This is all that nerds fault!" he starts to throw a fit.
"Oh my god here we go," I rolled my eyes.
"Kichul let it go man" I said walking away.
I sat down at the table with Jeongin.
"guys are annoying" I mutter sitting down. Thankfully no one heard me. I couldn't even hear myself that well.
"What happened?" Jeongin asked putting his arm around my shoulder and stroking my shoulder.
"Nothing, it doesn't matter" I assure.
We kept talking before we were interrupted by the bell.

After school the guys asked if I wanted to watch a movie with them. Of course I said yes.
Jeongin has been feeling a bit down lately but I don't know the reason.
We picked a movie and me and Jeongin sat next to eachother on the couch.
During the movie Jeongin looked like he was spacing out a bit.
"Hey? you okay?" I asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine" he replied.
"Okay, but if there's anything you want to tell me, you can" I comforted.
He nodded and paid attention to the movie again.
Jeongin's POV
I don't know.
At first it seemed like I merely had a crush on Y/n. But now I really like her. And I don't want to lose her, but when I was thinking about it I was wondering. What if she's just going to break up with me for one of her ex's? Or for a new kid? Or just anyone in general.
I'm glad she's comforting me.
It makes me feel a whole lot better.
Y/n's POV
After watching a movie. A pretty long one to be exact. I had to go home before it got too late.
Me and Jeongin left the house and started walking.
The sun is setting and the sky is painted with different shades of orange, yellow, and red.
"Y/n, you don't like anyone else right?" Jeongin said put of the blue.
"No, I like you" I looked him but he was looking at the ground.
"What do I have to do to prove it huh?" I looked away.
"Well, there's nothing you have to do it's just.. ya know" he scratched the back of his neck.
"Hmm, yeah" No I don't .
"Why do you ask though?" I stop walking and face him.
"It just makes me wonder, what if you're going to break up with me for someone else?" his voice sounds so sad. Oh damn, now I feel sad.
"Aww" I said cupping his right cheek with my right hand.
"Don't worry okay, I'm going to stay by your side" I linked my arms with him.
"Why do you like me? Why would you stay by my side?" what is this, an interrogation?
"I have my reasons why I like you, okay?" I continue walking and so does he.
I made a turn.
"what are you doing? your house is back that way" he pointed.
"We're not going to my house" I smiled.
Soon in a few minutes we arrived at the park.
"Now whenever one of us is feeling down we are obligated to come to this park, and sit under this tree" I said sitting under a tree.
He followed and sat next to me.
"Speak to me child" I said leaning back on my hands.
"Child?" his eyebrows knitted together.
"I'm older than you, but don't call me.. noona" you say in disgust. You hated that word. It made you feel old.
"Well then, I'm scared" he shrugged. He said it queitly but I could hear him.
"Scared of what?" I asked putting my hand over his.
"You'll leave me for someone else" he mumbled.
"Oh.." I breathed out. "Well you don't have to worry because I won't" I fully held his hand.
"Promise?" he looked back at me.
"Promise"
