Y/n's POV

Me and Jeongin have been dating for about two weeks now. He isn't that bad. Yes, he has been doing my homework. Which I am so thankful for, but he's pretty cool as a person too. Psshhtt I mean I guess he's ight.. haha..

"Hey Y/n guess what?" Jeongin asked walking with me.

"Huh?"

"My friends are transferring here" he exclaimed happily.

"Oh really? that's good" I nodded.

"I know right, they're coming today" we swung our hands back and forth.

"Oh today? I thought you meant like in a few days- oh it's almost time for class. Bye sweetie see you later" I gave him a kiss on the cheek and ran off.

I am not getting detention for being late. It's a monday and I'm not starting my week off with a detention.

Seunghye was already there.

"Did you hear there's going to be transfers? I heard they're cute" she squealed.

"They are" I nodded.

"You got to see them?" she asked.

"They're Jeongin's friends so I have seen them a lot"

"Really? lucky,"

The bell rang.

"Hello class, today we have 3 new classmates"

Jisung, Felix, and Hyunjin walked in.

They all slightly waved to me.

Suddenly they've gotten more comfortable with me.

They introduced themselves and every girls heart melted. I mean, not mine though.

We got through class and lunch came.

I walked through the cafeteria and someone shouted my name. It was Jisung.

"Sorry guys, I'll sit with you tomorrow" I told Hyerin, Chaelin, and Seunghye.

I walked to their table and sat at the edge. With Hyunjin on my left side, and leaving a space on my right side for Jeongin.

"Where's Jeongin?" I asked.

"Helping a teacher out real quick" Changbin answered.

"Oohh, okay" I nodded.

Soon Jeongin came and he sat next to me.

"Hey," I said scooting over a bit.

We just hung out all lunch until the end of the lunch period.

"Jeongin, you wanna go on a date after school?" I asked.

"yeah sure, where to?" he asked back.

"Uhh, I don't know. Just meet me in the front after school and we'll figure it out.

Lunch ended and we had to go back to class. Sadly.

Once school ended I went to the front and waited. I saw Jeongin walking out of the building so I walked to him.

"So what do you want to do?" he asked.

"Hmm. We could.. go to a café?" I suggested.

"Okay" he agreed.

Once we ordered I was going to pay for my drink but Jeongin beat me to it.

"Ugh, you're annoying" I rolled my eyes and went to get a table.

I sat down for a few minutes until he came back with the drinks.

"Thank you" I said taking my drink from his hand.

He sat down across from me and sipped his drink. He had a hot drink and he almost spit it out.

"Ow ow ow!" he said trying to blow on his tongue.

I started laughing.

"Oh my god are you okay?" I asked still laughing. "Here have this" I gave him my drink.

It was a cold tea thingy.

He took a drink and he looked relieved. 

"Thank you" he sighed. "My tongue almost burnt off"

"You should have gotten a cold drink" I smirked taking a sip from my drink.

He rolled his eyes.

"Yeah yeah, whatever"

I stood up with my hand out.

"C'mon it's nice today let's go to the park"

He gladly took my hand and we walked out.

We got to the park and we decided to go to the swings.

"You want me to push you?" he asked.

"Sure" I said.

He started pushing me lightly. I smiled. This was actually fun. Jeongin isn't too bad.

"Okay, okay, Imma' jump off" I said.

"Be careful" he said backing up.

I jumped and landed.

"Yeah!" I threw my hands in the air.

I walked back over to him.

"Now what?" I asked leaning on a pole.

"Hmm, we could go sit under a tree"

"Okay"

We sat under the tree in silence. A comfortable silence. Not an awkward one.

"Oh Jeongin look, it's a puppy. but where's his owner?" I pointed.

I got up and ran over to the little dog.

"Hello little buddy, you have a collar I see." I picked him up.

"Now where's your parents?" I looked around.

From a distance I could see a guy looking around as if something was lost. Maybe he's looking for him

"Hey, mister!" I shouted.

he looked over and once he saw the dog he started to run.

"Oh my god thank goodness you found him, thank you. I'm glad he didn't get far" he panted taking his dog from my arms.

"Thankfully" I sighed.

"Well goodbye, thank you so much again" he said walking away.

I turned around back to Jeongin with a proud smile.

"I just saved a dog" I said sitting down.

"Good for you" he chuckled.

I looked over at Jeongin. Our faces were really close.
My eyes flickered to his lips then back to his eyes.

He first ended up backing away.

"We should get going, it's getting late" he stood up.

"Y-Yeah," I said standing up as well.

We walked back to my house.

We said bye and I went inside.

I dragged my feet up to my room.

The scene of our faces being so, so close kept replaying in my mind.

Ughh Jeongin, what are you doing? This wasn't part of my plan.
