Yuki's POV cont.
It was only quiet for a moment, then there was a knocking on the door. Why can't my world be peaceful for once?
As a matter of fact, I'm not going to answer the door so they'll just leave me alone.
"I know you're awake, Yuki. Open the door now." Aiko said from the other side of the door.
Really now? I grumbled in pain. "What do you want? I'm tired."
"It's dinner time."
"I'm not hungry!" I stated.
Normally I would be starving by now but sometimes I just don't get hungry and feels like skipping meals. And today's the days I'm like, you know what, I don't care about food! I am angry with a certain someone cause they got on my nerves!
"Are you going to starve yourself again?"
"I'm not starving myself."
"...Just come out and eat a little."
"I would rather go to sleep." I mumbled.
Why won't people just leave me be in my peaceful little room without any disruption?! Is it wrong or a sin to sleep without eating a meal? For all that I know, there are damn human beggars on the roads everyday in some villages begging for food and even went on for days without food or water so why can't I skip a meal or two for a day?!
"Come out and eat while I'm still being nice." Aiko said with a slight frustration in her voice.
"But I'm tired!" I grumbled.
Why must I eat every meal each day? Why can't I just skip a meal each day and do what I want? And why are they treating me like a kid? I'm not a kid anymore.
"Three.....Two....."
She started counting down already, oh god. Can't they just leave me alone for once?! "I'm not going to eat, period!"
"Yuki, come out of your room right now!"
Great..... Now she's mad. Why does my life suck?
........Did she leave? I can't feel her presence outside at all. Maybe I should go check?..... Hold it, I don't think that will be wise. What if she hid her presence? I think I'll just stay in here and sleep and too bad if that short-tempered asshole can't get in!
Now I can finally get some sleep---- (loud crash). What the hell?! I shot right up from my bed. Ow......My head hurt, I should have moved slowly instead.
“I'm going to kill the bastard who just made that loud crash sound.” I mumbled, holding my head.
