Ch. 15"Why are you scared?"

                                                         Maisie POV

after getting rescued by Bruce and the other's Tony sat me on the couch where the avengers were, I was sitting with my arms crossed,

"Maisie what were you thinking!" Tony said with his Iron man Suit still on and his helmet up 

I was panicking he's angry is he gonna punish me like her, I thought I closed my eyes shut squeezing them, you're okay you're okay, I kept repeating in my mind.

"Going out late at night is very very dangerous, and why were they looking for you," Tony said looking at me 

I turned my head not looking at anyone I can't tell them or she will kill everyone Starting with the people I care about the most I thought, I don't care if Tony hates me, if none of them ever care about me again, if they put me back on the street I'm not risking her knowing where I am, or telling Tony and the other's about her so she can kill everyone, I thought.

"Maisie!" Tony said 

I jumped looking at all of them, 

"Do you understand?" Tony said 

"Understand what?" I said under a whisper 

"That you are not to leave this tower without one of us with you,!" Tony said still angry 

I nodded not wanting to talk because I was afraid to talk because I felt I was about to cry, 

Wanda walked up to me while everyone watched,

"Maisie what has you so frightened?" She said 

Everyone looked shocked at her words especially Tony,

"I'm not scared," I said standing up 

"Can I go to my room now?" I asked turning my head looking at the ground afraid to look at my father 

"Yeah," Tony said confused with that I walked out of the room and headed for the elevator about to cry,

                                  Third Person POV

Everyone watched as Maisie walked out, 

"You guys saw that right?" Pietro asked 

Everyone looked at him,

"When Tony started yelling she closed her eyes like she was expecting something," Pietro said 

Everyone nodded,

"What on earth could have her so scared that she won't talk about it, ever since we met her she's brave and confident," Clint said 

Everyone nodded 

"The better question is why is HYDRA after her?" Bucky asked 

Tony looked at the clock that it was 1AM,

"Let's worry about that in the morning we need some rest," Tony said leaving 

                                                     Tony POV

I get to the Floor where Me, Maisie and Pepper stay on I peek in Maisie's room to see her asleep but she's tossing and turning like she's having a nightmare, I thought.

I walked up to her sitting on the edge of her bed, 

"Maisie," I whispered trying to wake her up 

She started to flail more 

"Maisie!" I shook her

She gasped awake looking around to see that she was safe, trying to catch her breath,

"Maisie sweetie are you having nightmares?" I asked looking her in the eyes Now that I see it she looks tired 

I can tell she's still half asleep,

"yes, I keep dreaming about her," She mumbles 

"I don't want her to hurt me again or you," She mumbled 

my eyes got big who hurt her! I thought,

I picked up Maisie, her weight is concerning she's super light,

"Come on, how about you sleep in my room tonight," I said as she laid her head on my shoulder falling back asleep
