Take a break.
Take that fucking break.
Go for a walk
Go for a run
Stand outside
Do anything that gets you out of the house and into the outside worldIf you need some objectives for the day:
Talk to someone (not a family member. Someone you wouldn't normally talk to. Like an old person on a walk.)
Move around (you're not that lazy)
Eat good food (yes, I know you feel awful, but prepare some food, eat something other than chocolate or fast food. Your body will thank you.)
Rant (rant all of the negativity out of your life! That's what I'm doing- and I feel great! Leave it in the comments if you want to.)
