Today is Thursday and after everything that happened yesterday with Matt, Crystal was reluctant to come to school today. She could not bare seeing him in person after he lashed out at her last night.
She stood near her locker chatting with her friends, Meghan and Lynn.

"So how was your date with Matt?" Lynn asked Crystal.

"I wanna know too" Meghan exclaimed.
"Uh... it was interesting" Crystal said looking down with a frown muffling through some notebooks in her locker.
"I know that look and it's not a good one" Meghan shook her head.
"Uh oh what happened Crystal?" Lynn grew worried.
Crystal sighed. "Well I was excited until we made it to Beach Buns"
"He took you to Beach Buns?" Meghan was surprised.
Crystal nodded her head.
"I hate that place it's always so overly crowded" Lynn said.
Crystal explained how uncomfortable she was and that she ran into Fatima and Candace while there.
"That's not a good first date at all" Lynn shook her head.
"Well it got better until..." she explained to them what happened after they kissed.
