I get thoughts and ideas like everyone else
But mine are a little different you see
These are the ones you don't share with the people
The ones you keep locked inside of your mind.
I get the murderous thoughts
But the one I want dead
Is none other than me
And if these thoughts break free
They'll lock me up and throw away the key
So I keep these thoughts under lock and key
To keep the people from thinking I'm crazy
I probably am but that is okay
Because I would never act on these thoughts
That are tearing me down inside of my head
I get thoughts and ideas like everyone else

The ones that never leave your lips
Or graze onto paper
Because if I tell a soul
