I dont need a hero
I dont need a prince charming
I just need a guiding hand
To help me through the fights and battles
I just need a friend to help me face my fears
I dont need someone to do it for me
I just need my best friend
Yea my best friend
Now i know im stubborn and dont follow all the rules
But I'd try for you
I'd be better for you
Id be strong for my best friend
Now soulmates arent always lovers
Us for example i know
We arent lovers but were soulmates
Yea we're soulmates
One of us fell helplessly
While the other fell for someone else
But were still best friends
Now i dont need a hero

I just need a comrade to help me
Not do it for me
But fight alongside me
You help me fight my battles
And I'll help you fight yours
