Ryan: Why won't they leave me alone?
Sarah: Who won't leave you alone?
Ryan: The voices in my head.
Sarah: What are they saying?
Ryan: They're saying that I am a bad person, and I should kill myself.
Sarah: That's a terrible thing to say! The voices are wrong! Don't listen to them! Ignore them!
Ryan: And, they said that you will stop being my friend!
Sarah: Why would they say that?
Ryan: Cause you were born in 1990, and I was born in 1984. They said you're too young to be friends with me.
Sarah: That's a lot of hooey! I'm always gonna be your friend! So what if we are close in age, that doesn't mean squat! Tell the voices to shut up!
Ryan: Exactly!
Vanessa: If you keep hearing voices, you will be sent to the psyche ward!
Sarah: Vanessa, you don't have a doggone clue what you're talking about! You don't have a degree in psychology! So, keep your mouth shut! Don't listen to her, Ryan!
Ryan: I won't!
Vanessa: I'm just saying is all!
Sarah: Be quiet! Come on, Ryan! Let's go to Dairy Queen!
Ryan: Okay!
