It was later the afternoon and Maya was sitting in the living room of her mom and Shawn's new place.
It was her turn to babysit Raven and so she did.
But she wasn't so sad anymore.
She was very happy and she looked at her hand shortly.
She couldn't believe that she is engaged.
That she would never have thought.
Raven's start fussing and Maya knows it's time to go down for a nap.
She puts Raven in her crib and sing to her for a sec.
When she falls asleep she goes in front.
Seconds after that Shawn and Katy came.
"Hey I hear you have been difficult today," Shawn said.
"No Dad. I haven't been," Maya said with a huge smile on her face
"Why are you smiling?" Katy asked and Maya showed them her ring.
"Congrats Baby Girl," Katy said and gave Maya a hug.
Shortly after that Shawn followed and the smile on Maya's face was bigger than ever before.
"Thanks. I can't believe I am engaged. That is crazy," Maya said.
"I know you will be happy," Shawn said.
"Josh has always made me happy. Even when we weren't together. And maybe this will be something beautiful. Who knows? Next time this year you will maybe have your first grandchild," Maya said.
