When Joshua Matthews and Maya Hunter see each other for the first time in ages the last thing on their mind was marrying.
Now that is exactly what they're going to do according to their parents.
But it doesn't come without a price.
It's Monday which also means that it is time to face everyone. Maya wasn't feeling like it but she knew she had to do it. When she woke up Josh was already up. Since Maya and Raven moved in Josh has been keeping Raven busy when she wakes up so Maya can have a few extra minutes of sleep. And Maya has been seeing that as a change to let them bond. She quickly got dressed and did her make-up. She braided her hair and went in front.

"Morning," Maya said. "Morning. You look gorgeous." "Thank you," Maya said. "What is happening today?" Josh asked. "Today I have to face everyone," Maya said as she poured herself a cup of coffee. "Lucas and Farkle are back today and your brother is probably going to ask how is my mother since she won't be showing up at the bakery. I don't have the strength for all this problems. Before that I have to get Raven ready for daycare. Has she eaten yet?" Maya asked. "Just jogurt. Are you sure you should be facing people today?" "Don't have a choice. How is your day looking?" Maya asked. "Just a few classes. If you need help just shout," Josh said. "I will. Okay think I'm gonna drop her off and go straight to school," Maya said.
She took all the bags and picked Raven up.
"I'll see you later," Josh said. "Bye," Maya said and gave Josh a goodbye kiss before she went out the door.
At school it was very busy and not like any other day. Which was unusual. Maya got a lot of simpatatic looks and she knew about what. It's either about the engagement or about the entire thing with Lucas/Farkle.
"Hey how come you weren't home?" Riley asked. "I don't live there anymore," Maya said.
With all honesty she didn't think it was needed to tell Riley anything. It wasn't her business but she did think she would be asked.
"Where then? Can I come see you later?" Riley asked. "Yeah maybe we could do something," Lucas said. "I'll give you guys my new address. Let's get going. Class is about to start," Maya said.
"Welcome class. Is your mother okay Maya? Topanga says she put in leave for two weeks," Cory said. "She's fine," Maya said. "Okay let's start class then."
