A month later

"Happy birthday." Colby said with a smile.

"Thank you and w-what's that?" I asked.

"What's what?" he joked.

"Oh this this is a present from me to you." he said and gave me a long little box and I opened it and just sat there on the bed shocked.

"Colby where did you get this and oh my god how much wad this?" I asked with a concerned tone.

"Don't worry about that just try it on i wanna see how it looks on you." he said.

"Is this real gold?" I asked.

"Maybe....." he smiled.

"Colby! That's expensive what did I do to deserve this kind of stuff." I said with a tear rolling from each eye.

"It was but I had money for it. Here let me put it on for you." he insisted.

And I let him do it. After that he turned me around to look at the necklace.

"It looks beautiful on you." he said and I whooped tears off my face.

"I don't even know why im crying." I said.

"Maybe its because what I put around your neck." he said.

"Maybe it is.... I really love it." I said and gave him a huge hug.

"I worked really hard for it." he said as I was still hugging him.

"What time is it?" I asked him.

"Um 8:00, why?" he replied.

"Crap I have to go." I said and got dressed and got the keys.

"Where are you going?" he asked.

"To meet my parents at golden breakfast." I said.

"Ooh could I go?" he asked happily and I nodded.

"Yay."

"I can't believe im meeting your parent's." he said with exitment.

"Babe are you ok? You seem way to overly exited about this." I said.

"Yes im ok.. Im just happy to meet your parents." he said.

"Ha I get that you've said that for like about 4 minutes and we haven't even got there yet." I laughed and so did Colby.

"I hope you like them." I said.

"I hope they like me... I mean do they even know about me?" he asked.

"Colby.. Calm down im sure they will aaaand no i didn't tell them but its a surprise." I said and Colby looked at me with a frown.

"Sorry I wanted to tell them but I just didn't wanna tell them on a phone." I explained.

"Right I would have done the same to be honest." he replied.
