49: Grace ~ Depression

{oops I kinda died for a week but don't worry still here! And for your lovely dedication and patience, I shall give you a double update (although they are very short... but theres still more so don't fear) }

Chapter Forty-Nine

 D is for death; the destiny for everyone, no matter what.

E is for enemy; you end up pointing yourself out as the foe.

P is for pathetic; your insults to yourself only end up worse.

R is for running; fleeing from your life.

E is for eventually; ultimately you’ll hit your breaking point.

Two S’s are for separation and seclusion; you want to distance yourself from others, in fear of pain.

I is for insecurity; you never feel comfortable in your own skin and you despise yourself.

O is for obsolete; old ways, same days.

N is for never; it won’t ever leave you and will linger with you for your entire life. 

Spell it out for me…

D-E-P-R-E-S-S-I-O-N

Depression.

Oh darling, haven’t we been through this already?
