"Bread is more filling, and doesn't show dramatic effects on your body unless you eat a lot of it. If you'll eat this, I'll help you with your pasta, so you won't have to stay behind."

alright I'll be doing AT LEAST a double update today, hopefully more, in preparation for going on one last little vacation before school starts, where I'm not sure if I'll be able to update. however, if there's signal, I'll update while I'm up there too :D
