"how dare he hug her!" seungmin grumbled, stomping his foot.

"do you think they're back together now?" i asked blankly, feeling drained after witnessing junhoe and aeri hugging.

"i don't know!! it's driving me crazy." seungmin groaned, ruffling his hair angrily.

my phone which i was holding vibrated and turned on, signalling a new notification.

"it's aeri!" i excitedly exclaimed and got up.

"what? where?" seungmin stood up too, trying to peek at my phone but my fast reflexes hid the screen from him.

i glared at him before walking away from him while reading the message.

"you selfish punk, i wanna see too!" he shouted, following me.

i only realized that seungmin was beside me reading the chat after i sent the message.

"heyy! who said you could look?" i pushed him away.

"i'm coming too." he ignored me.

"you're not. she messaged me privately for a reason, dumbass. don't be late for school tomorrow, see you." i quickly walked off incase he argues further.

i spotted aeri with her back facing me, sitting on a bench.

she seemed down, swinging her legs back and forth with her head hung low.

what is she going to tell me? that she got back together with junhoe?

i don't want to hear it at all.

should i just make a run for it and tell her i can't make it?
