"And so they learned the importance of not forgetting."

It's not as if the change was unexpected. No, surely the miserable citizens of the United States knew that day would come. I did.

I'm Dahveed Air; a 26 year old, a husband, a father, and a prisoner. Just like everyone else here, I've been sentenced by the Grants to work the fields of what's left of the U.S., being nothing more than a mindless machine. I need to find my family, my wife and son; I will find them. Anomalous things have been taking place here and I'm not sure what exactly is going on, but I just need to make sure my family is safe and hope we don't end up like the Enervated.

Review/Comments by Judge: A very accurate and devised plot. Your writing style is very interesting and easy to understand. From dialogues to descriptions, everything was very perfectly explained in detail which was a plus. The plot is a very unique one that I've read so far that needs to be acknowledged by our fellow readers.
