Chapter 32

morning

Erika's pov

today's the day. i finally go back and see my mother. i haven't spoke with her in awhile. i'm lowkey scared but i do miss her.

i wake up and of course jake is still sleeping. i slip away from his arms and leave the hotel. imma buy us some breakfast.

i buy breakfast and go back to the hotel. as i'm walking towards our room jake texts me.

i didn't answer. but i opened the door and he smiles. ugh why is he so cute.

J: goodmorning beautiful

E: goodmorning sexy

J: where'd you go

E: i bought us breakfast

J: aw baby

we eat. once we finished we changed. i wore a tank top and a crew neck. it was pretty fresh out today.

J: okay you ready to go see your mom

E: yes a little nervous but yes

J: okay imma order an uber

E: okay

he orders it.

J: okay it should be coming in like 10 minutes

E: okay

i go to him. and hug him. he hugs back.

E: thank you for doing this jake. i love you

we kiss.

J: i love you too

we talk for a little bit and then we went outside. and we got in the uber. the uber took us to my old house.

i seen it and go off of the car with jake behind. and then the uber took off.

E: ah she still lives here

J: you ready

E: yeah let's go

i grab his hand and i walk in front of him. i knock on the door.

i look at jake and he's smiling and his cheeks or red. he's excited as i am.

then the door opens. and it's my mom...

E: mom?!

Mom: erika?!

and we hug.

E: mom i missed you so much !

M: me too

i hug her a little tighter. then i pull away.

E: oh uh this is my boyfriend

she looks at him and smiles.

J: hi i'm jake

and he sticks his hand to shake it.

M: hi i'm angel

and they shake hands.

M: come in come in!

and we walk in.

E: wow the whole place changed

M: yup. the only thing that didn't change was your room

E: really ?

M: yup. i couldn't change it.

E: aw mom... can i go see it ?
