Chapter 3

Y/n PoV:
My alarm goes off and I groan.

I turn over without opening my eyes and throw it against my wall.

The sound stops and I slowly open my eyes.

"Fuck, now I need a new clock" I sit up and run my fingers through my bed head.

"Another day of hero training" I say to myself.

I get up and grab my uniform and training kit before quickly heading downstairs and grabbing my keys.

"Bye dad" I say as I pass the picture of my father that hangs by the front door.

I leave the house and put my keys in my bag.

As I'm walking out of my path I bump into someone.

"Sorry I wasn't look- oh it's just you" I say as I see the familiar blond.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY TO ME DUMBASS" he shouts.

"Morning to you too firecracker, I see someone's got some energy" I state and walk past him.

He furrows his eyebrows and activates his quirk.

"You're so fucking annoying!" He says through gritted teeth.

"Good I'm glad one of my plans is working" I roll my eyes.

"Tsk" he scoffs and walks next to me.

"Just know that I'm gonna beat your ass at training today" he says confidently.

"Oh you really think you can beat me?!" I challenge.

"OF COURSE I CAN" he starts to shout.

"OH PLEASE I COULD BEAT YOU IN MY SLEEP"

Kirishima PoV:
Everyone is sat down in homeroom and we're all just chatting.

"Have you seem bakugou or y/n?" I ask denki.

"No I haven't, weird he's normally here quite early" denki shrugs.

Just then we hear shouting from down the hall and the door bursts open.

"OH YOU ARE GOING DOWN FIRECRACKER" y/n shouts in bakugou's face.

"THE HELL I WILL DUMBASS" he fires back.

He activates his quirk and y/n swiftly appears behind him and tried to kick him in the head.

They're both suddenly wrapped up in mr Aizawas scarf and their quirks have been de activated.

"Both of you stop it now" he says in his normal monotone voice.

He drops them both and they huff and walk to their seats, facing away from each other.

Y/n PoV:
Stupid hedgehog

Shota starts to talk to the class but I don't pay attention as I think about how much I'm going to beat bakugou at training today.

"So go and put on your training uniforms" Aizawa says.

I quickly jump out of my seat and face bakugou.

"Race you there" I say and quickly speed out of the classroom.

"HEY THATS NOT FAIR GET BACK HERE DUMBASS" he shouts after me.

I make it to the changing rooms first and I laugh as I see bakugou race up behind me.

"Aha I win!" I gloat.

"YOU DIDNT GIVE ME ANY TIME TO THINK" he yells.

"A VILLIN ISNT GONNA GIVE YOU ANY TIME BEFORE THEY TRY TO KLL YOU" I retaliate.

I suddenly feel to hands on my arms and feel myself get pulled backwards.

I see that kirishima has hold of bakugou as well.

I look up and see denki.

"Hey y/n" he smiles.

"Mr Aizawa told us to stop you two from killing each other" he says innocently.

He lets go of my arms and me and bakugou scowl at each other.

"No promises" we both say at the same time and storm into our own changing rooms.

The rest of the girls follow me in as we all get changed.

While we get changed a girl comes bouncing over to me.

She is pink with black and yellow eyes and horns. She has spiked hair and is smiling widely

"Hey y/n, I'm Mina" she puts her hand out for me to shake.

I don't shake it but I introduce myself.

"Y/n" I say.

She puts her hand down and smiles at me.

"So I see you and bakugou are getting along" she says.

"Hardly, he's an asswipe and a piece of arrogant trash" I spit.

"Yea agreed" all of the girls say.

I laugh.

"Glad we're on the same page" I say.

We all finish getting changed and make our way out to the field to meet Aizawa.

I walk up and stand next to Kirishima and denki.

Kirishima looks down and smiles at me.

"Today we're doing quirk tests, we'll start with the throw test, bakugou" shota says.

He look up at Aizawa.

"How far could you throw in middle school?" He asks.

"Um 67 metres I think" he says.

Aizawa throws him a ball.

"Now Try using your quirk" he tells him.

Bakugou steps forward into the circle and adjusts his feet.

He pulls him arm back and flings the ball forward, activating his quirk right as it leaves his hand.

A huge explosion appears from behind the ball is it flies through the air and lands on the floor.

"Woahhh!!" Most of class 1A say in awe.

Aizawa shows us a distance metre that reads 709.6 metres.

Bakugou gets a proud smirk on his face and he steps back.

I quickly push past him and grab another ball.

"My turn" I say and step into the circle.

I pull my arm back and use my wind quirk to make the air less dense around the ball. I release the ball and it flies through the air. After I'm sure it's gone past bakugou's I stop my quirk and it drops.

Aizawa shows the class the monitor.

710.7 metres.

I turn back to him and smile.

"Hehe, nice try firecracker, I told you I'd beat your ass" I taunt.

Everyone else in the class just stares at both of us in awe.

"Ok everyone else line up, we will complete all the tasks, the person in last place at the end will be expelled" Aizawa says.

I see everyone's face drop and I just roll my eyes.

C'mon he's not serious. Oh well might as well let them believe that.

"Ok pick a partner to go against, you will be against them in all of the tasks" Aizawa tells us.

Me and bakugou look at each other.

"YOURE GOING DOWN!" We both shout.
