11: It's my turn Gabriel...

"All right, someone needs to go down to the basement and fire up the emergency generators. Start them in sequence, exactly four seconds apart. send your fastest, strongest--" ZhenZhen cut him off saying "I'll do it." The general then said "I'm sorry that sounded like a young girl" I looked at the monitor and said "Trust me she can fight an alien." he continued saying "All right! You need to climb though the vent. The vault door won't open until the power is back on." she said "Got it." "Look..." The general said and added "You're not safe at JPL" I listened to the general as ZhenZhen and Alex spoke about the four seconds apart.

Gabriel got annoyed and said "What are we doing? what is Excalibur?" The general said "Excalibur was a cold war defense project. It was meant to shoot down Russian Missiles." Alex then came in saying "Yeah, using the fusion pumped X-ray lasers, I read about that." Dariush said "Never mind him. He knows everything. Keep going." he carried on saying "They key Major Collins gave you contains the coordinates of the alien mothership in high orbit." Gabriel then said "We can destroy the mothership." I nod and the general says "You're our last hope." Dariush then asked "Okay, what other shit do we need to do to get this shit started?" the general said "You need to realign the satellite dish on the roof, then get a working computer and load the coordinates Major Collins gave you. Then activate Excalibur." Gabriel said "All right, I'll go to the roof." I stop him saying "No, Gabriel." he looked at me and I took a deep breath before saying "You three know the programs. I'm gonna go to the roof." I started walking and Gabriel grabbed my arm before saying "But you're terrified of heights..." I smiled and said "It's my turn Gabriel, I'm not Princess Peach..." I soon smash my lips against his for a few seconds before shouting "I love you! Keep Dariush okay!" and ran to the rooftop. One I got to the roof I look up at the small tower I was going to have to climb and run towards it.

*Gabriel's P.O.V*

Alex went over to try and keep Dariush okay and see the power come back on "She got the power back on!" The general then asked us "Good. Do you see the monitors at the back of the room?" I looked behind me and Alex ran to it "Yeah? Alex puts his thumb up and Dariush says "Yeah! Yeah, the computers are working." The general continued to speak and tell us what to do (I'm lazy ok, that's tooooo much speech.) Alex then said "Hold on I gotta check something!" I nod and The general asked "Ok, has your lady friend moved the dish yet?" we looked at the monitor to see y/n climbing up to the satellite dish and we said "No, we see her but she hasn't moved it yet." he then instructs us saying "Then you have to wait before you launch Excalibur." Alex was obviously still looking and as I looked into the camera where y/n was I was terrified with what I saw "Shit!" I shouted and grabbed the microphone.

*Your P.O.V*

I started to to get closer to the satellite dish and I was getting okay with being higher up Gabriel and Dariush were shouting my name I looked up and said "Gabriel? Dariush?" confused and they said the worst thing they could in this situation "Behind you! Look down!" I heard Gabriel shout and I looked to see the alien "SHIT!" I shouted and started to push the dish with my foot "Come on you BITCH!" I said finally kicking it into place I smiled and Grabbed something from my jean pocket, a thick piece of cloth, thankfully. I made my way up to where the wire was and took a deep breath before going down and landing on my feet. I look back and run inside after seeing the Alien, Oh I can't wait to see everyone's faces again!

*Gabriel's P.O.V*

"Son, Excalibur needs two people to launch it." The general says as Dariush passed out "Shit, he passed out." "One of your other friends are going to have to help you. Where are they?" I just looked at him, I had no clue where any of them were. "I don't know.." I started yelling into the microphone for all three of them "y/n! Alex! ZhenZhen! Dariush is in bad shape and I can't do this alone." The general then instructed me by saying "Get the two launch keys from the safe locker." I went to get them then he said "Let me know when you're there and I'll give you the code." As I was looking I saw it had to do with numbers and freaked... I can't do this... The other guys are't here Dariush is passed out what am I suppose to do. he told me the numbers to punch in but I couldn't punch them in correctly, it took my a while and I was getting super annoyed with myself.

The I was handed a bloody piece of paper and Dariush said "I wrote the numbers down for you." I smiled and punched in the code, once I did I grabbed both keys then y/n walked in "You ok? Is he ok?" She asked with panic in her voice, I held her shoulders and held both keys up explaining what we had to do "on my mark ready?" she nodded and I said "3... 2... 1." we were about to do it but then the alien came crashing through the ceiling "Shit!" I heard y/n mumble. I ran and pushed her and Dariush to where that other monitor was and I landed on top of y/n and when I saw we both blushed. I scurried off her quickly whispering "Sorry.." she smiles and said "It's fine..." we saw the alien and started to scream. That's when we heard Alex say "Come at me, bitch!" I held Dariush and so did y/n, soon ZhenZhen made it to us and helped too.

*Your P.O.V*

I heard Alex and Gabriel talk about something to do with Launching the Excalibur's and something else that I can't really remember and we got up to go do it after the alien was gone. ZhenZhen was keeping Dariush awake while me and Gabriel looked at each other holding hands and he said "We gotta put a stop to this, okay?" I nodded and he said "Three, two one, go!" I turned it and so did he at the same time. the light turned green and we looked up at the monitor, it worked I had a huge smile on my face and I jumped and hugged Gabriel wraping my legs around his waist as he held me up too.

We then left to run out and once we got outside, I remembered Alex and stopped, they stopped too and looked back at me "What's wrong?" Gabriel asked and I responded with "Alex... He's still in there." I look back and Dariush says "Listen, what if he's dead, I suggest not going back in..." I shrugged and said "Sorry guys..." and ran back into the building looking for Alex.

*Gabriel's P.O.V* (YES A LOT I KNOW!)

I attempted to run after her but the other two held me back "Listen, she knows what she's doing Gabriel... she will be okay." "But I never got to say I love you back..." I said tears in my eyes. "She's gonna make it out, we all know that... she fucking faced her fear of heights nothings gonna stop her now." Dariush said Trying to keep me happy I nodded and said "Yeah, she'll get out of this..." with a smile on my face thinking about all of them memories we have... "please god... let her survive..." I mumbled under my breath.

It's been like half an hour now and they still haven't come out, I was starting to lose hope and I put my head in my hands before I heard a familiar voice say "Gabriel?" I look and see y/n, I give her a huge hug once I see her and she laughed and so did everyone else, come on, let's get walking so they can find us and get him fixed quicker...

"Definitely coming to camp next year." Dariush said which made me say "Hopefully we all do..." I looked at all of us and look at y/n kissing her lips and whispering "I love you too by the way..." which made her blush but I put my arm around her which calmed her.

(I'm gonna make an after story for this so ya, its only gonna be quick though. like notes.)
