2. Come on..

"Nezuko.."

I said looking at the cute little demon.
Tanjiro left awhile ago to get a basket or a carrier so we can travel during the day.
I shivered feeling the cold air.
Why in a cave tho..
I groaned looking up unimpressed.
I felt someone tug my kimono and I looked down.

" hm? What's wrong?"

She held my leg and cut me.
I screeched and backed away.
Right. She's a demon still..
She just watched me as I backed away.

" still don't like me huh.."

I said nervously.
I felt something behind me and I turned around to see tanjiro.

" oh you're here. She got me again."

Tanjiro came over to me and inspected my leg. I blushed as he lifted my leg higher then he should have. He realized my blush and realized his mistake.

" oh..sorry.. I'll wrap it up for you.."

He blushed. I nodded and looked away. He cleaned my leg like all the others. He walked over to Nezuko and said.

" (y/n).. I told you to not get close to her yet..she doesn't know you quite as well."

I groaned and stood up.
He had a basket and told Nezuko to go in.
He stood up with her on his back and said taking my hand.

" but I know. She's adorable.."

He smiled and we begun to walk. I shoved my face into my jacket to get warmth.
I looked down at our hands and back to tanjiro.
Ever since we begun our journey he always held my hand when we walked.
I confronted him about it and all he said was. ' I don't know..I just want you safe.' I figured he sees me as one of his siblings he lost. So I didn't think much about it.
We started walking to Mt. Sagiri.
We saw a women and asked her where we should be heading and she said we had to cross the mountain we were already heading too.
She told us that people have been missing lately and asked us to be careful.

" what?"

I said looking scared.
Tanjiro Squeezed my hand and said.

" we'll be fine...just stay near me."

I swallowed and followed nervously.
It started to get dark and tanjiro let Nezuko out.
She got out and looked at me. I nervously waved and she stared at me.
Tanjiro sighed and grabbed her hand.

" come on. Let's move."

I let go of my breath and followed closely behind.
She is a demon right. But is she human as well? I don't know..
We walked to a temple and tanjiro stopped.
I bumped into them and held my nose.

" hey why did you.."

The wind picked up and I looked up at the temple.
Tanjiro looked at you and said.

" you smell blood too?"

He seemed scared.
I shook my head and said.

" no..I felt bloodlust.."

He looked at you shocked and ran up the mountain.

" eh?! Where are you going?!"

" I have to check to see if everything is ok!"

I rolled my eyes and followed them not wanting to be alone.
I followed them and saw that the temple had blood on it.
I glared looking around..
Tanjiro ripped open the door and we saw dead bodies.
We saw a man, I assumed was a demon turning to us.
He was clearly pissed we disturbed him and I backed away further from tanjiro and Nezuko.
The demon turned around and licked his hands of blood.
