Chapter 14: Reunion & New Town

Ok so if I remember correctly if he is 668 then is age compared to humans would be about 27 or 28 in human years so he is the perfect age for him to have a family and his own life ahead of him.

As I follow Reo I ponder what he meant by new family members then it hit me, he has kids of his own now. Well he is of that age so it is expected. And on the other hand I am still a virgin and have been that way for 350 years. Maybe I should find love soon to raise the family count.

-A Home In Town-

When we get to Reo's house I can see that it is a big house and has 2 stories above the first floor. We all go into the big house and are greeted by a beautiful demon-kin woman.

The woman who had a smile on her face froze still and dropped the tray that had a bunch of glass cups on it. The glass shattered everywhere, as she regained her senses she apologized and bent down to pick up the broken glass but I stopped her.

I chant some fake lines in japanese and the glass flew into the air and pieced back together and were placed back on the tray.

[well now it's time for introductions lets all sit down in the livingroom and say hi to everyone.]: reo

We go into the livingroom and I sit down on the nice couch and the next moment Reo is calling for his kids to come down to greet me. Once everyone is down stairs they line up and before me are 5 kids reo and his wife.

[kids this is my adoptive father and your grandfather Riku Akiyama]: reo

[Riku this is Yuuto, Touma, Itsuki, Hana and Akari and this beauty right here is my wife Sara she is from a prominent demon-kin family]: reo

[nice to meet you guys, so you are all part of my family now and I recognize all of you. My name is Riku Akiyama as you heard before and this here is my sword his name is Jintō he is a divine sword I found on my journey]: riku

They all welcomed and accepted me as part of their family and I accepted them too. After dinner I tell reo that there was someone who was eavesdropping outside. He was a little surprised since everyone here likes his family and him, so i suggested that maybe there was someone who doesn't like demi-humans and he explained that there are few but they stay clear of demi-humans and would not want to eavesdrop on them.

After hearing that I decided to go look for the person who was eavesdropping and ask him why he was doing so.
