Chapter 44: School Problems Part 2

-Principal's Office-

We walk into the principal's office to talk to him, he must know something and know why kids know about Sora's scars.

[oh? Mr. Akiyama, what brings you here? Oh, and you brought Sora with you]: principal

[well, we have a problem]: riku

[what could be such a big problem that you could not deal with it?]: principal

[well if you want, I could beat up all of the students in this school, but I thought before I do that, that I should come to you with this problem]: riku

[beat my students up? Why? For what reason?]: principal

[Sora told me that everyone in this school are being mean and rude to him]: riku

[that can't be, do you have proof?]: principal

[well, this morning a girl that is wearing you're schools uniform came up to me and told me that I should stay away from him because he is a weirdo, is that proof enough?]: riku

[well, that description sounds like a student from this school]: principal

[are you playing jokes with me?]: riku

[by all means no, I am generally thinking about what could have happened]: principal

I look at the principal and use a bit of magic and peer into his mind and find that he has nothing to do with this incident, I also find out that he is a complete idiot.

[look, I want you to hold a school meeting right now so I can make everyone understand that the students who started this were lying, do you think you could do that?]: riku

[yes, right away]: principal

The principal got on the loudspeaker and announced that in 30 minutes there will be a school assembly, and that all students and teachers should be present.

[there, they should all arrive in our auditorium within 30 minutes]: principal

[good, do you happen to have a spare suite I could borrow?]: riku

[yes, but will it fit you?]: principal

[yes, it will be fine, I worked part time as a tailor]: riku

[... then why didn't you make Sora's clothing?]: principal

As I take the suite and Sora, we head to the auditorium, when we get there I head to the back, heading behind the curtain to perform the magic to make the suite fit me.

[dad, why does the principal like you and follow what you say all of a sudden?]: sora

[it's kind of hard to explain, but, you could say he just looks up to me]: riku

[wow, your so cool dad]: sora

[thank you buddy, now, it's time to make myself known to this whole school]: riku

[oh, are you going to use magic?]: sora

[no, but I will make myself look like someone who is important]: riku

We both walk out onto the stage and then everyone look at Sora and myself, I look at the crowd and clear my throat, I tighten my tie just a bit, then start my speech to these miscreants.

[hello, my name is Riku Akiyama, my last name may sound similar to some of you or even most of you, I am the father of Sora Akiyama, I am here for 2 reasons today, the first being all of you. My son has brought to my attention after I arrived back from the military, he has told me that all of you make fun of his scars and call him weird. If having scars was something weird than all of the kids in here that has had parents or grandparents in a war will have scars that cover their bodies.]: riku

As I look at the crowd, I can see students who are laughing. I guess I should make an example out of them.

[You Two, yes you, come up to the stage immediately]: riku

[no, who are you? You don't run the school, and are not our parents]: boy

[oh? Well then I guess I will destroy this school]: riku

[well I guess it's time for my second reason for being here. As of this moment I have bought the whole school and this place now belongs to me]: riku

That was a big bluff, I hope that they believe me about it. Murmurs are heard throughout the crowd.

[now, back to my first point and the two students I was talking to before, please come to the stage]: riku

The teacher who was sitting next to them told them to come up so they made their way up to the stage.

[my dad only has like 4 scars, and they are small, Sora has big ones and they cover all over his body, it's gross]: girl

[oh? So scars are gross?]: riku

[yes, yes they are, can I leave now?]: girl

[just one second, Sora! Come over here]: riku

As Sora made his way to my side I talk back to the boy.

[and you, have you ever fought someone before?]: riku

[yeah, I'm the leader in the martial arts club, so of course I have]: boy

As I thought, his physique gives it away that he fights every day.

[are you confident in your ability?]: riku

[yeah, are you stupid]: boy
