Awkward Moments? (Henry Bowers X Reader)

So today was most possibly the worst day-i'm exaggerating really. I was so embarrassed. I forgot to place my lunch order, my jeans (which were new) stained practically I came into contact with and then they ripped and i had to walk like an awkward spastic. Then people got the wrong idea when my friend was checking it. On top of that my footwear was appalling- I should've just worn sneakers/slides or something but I bought like 'combat boots' and had flip flops in case. It really was a bad day overall. I got inspiration though so- that's a plus!

(for the sake of these particular preferences, you and Henry aren't officially 'dating' yet)

HE TELLS YOU HIS CRUSH 

~you were with Henry one day just chilling on the couch

~you notice he's acting really strange and so being the good friend that you are, you ask him what's wrong

~He replies with a quick 'nothin', avoiding eye contact with you and fixating his gaze on the screen 

~Once the movie finishes you get up to go to the bathroom

~You return to see Henry vigorously typing on his iphone 

~You can't see his face but he's tapping his foot so you know he's anxious about something

~You sneak up to him and snatch his phone from his grasp

~He pleads with you to get it back

~Thank goodness he tells you everything including his phone password

~You ran up the stairs back into the bathroom

~You were shocked when you read the messages 

[insert messages]

Belch- c'mon Henry, just tell her

Henry- idk man. I really like her but I don't know how she'd react. What if she doesn't feel the same ...

Belch- she likes you too. trust me

Henry- um no

Belch- Just go for it and then if she doesn't feel the same forget about it altogether

Henry- Yeh, im gonna go for it

Belch- typing...

~You were secretly heartbroken

~You liked Henry alot and it pained you to know that he had feelings for someone else

~ You went down the stairs and gave Henry his phone back, sniffling slightly

~You lied that you'd forgotten his password

~He asked if you wanted to watch another movie and you agreed

~Halfway throughout the movie you asked him about his crush

~He looks at you, pink and flustered and kisses you 'passionately'

~you were startled and confused but happy ofc

MISTAKEN IDENTITY

~You and Henry were at the shops (you're dating in this one)

~He'd gone to the fitting rooms to try some things on and you hadn't realised

~You then caught sight of a red muscle tee-Henry (or so you thought)

~You giggled and poked him in the back of the head

~The man turns around and you inspect his face-this wasn't Henry

~He looks confused and you apologize

~You see Henry walking out of the fitting rooms, go up to him to give him a hug

~You explain everything

~He walks to kill the random guy for even looking at you

~You reassured him that it was your fault

~It ends up being an inside joke between the two of you
