As the night was proceeding into the morning, their time together was decreasing with every second. At that moment, standing with his arms wrapped around her, Cherryl wished for the time to freeze. She fitted so perfectly in his arms as if she was born to be there; as if the only reason of her existence was to be with Damien. Emotions so strong washed over her and she relished in them. For the first time in her life she felt confident, she felt secure and safe.
She shivered when Damien pulled her closer and she felt his hot breath tickle the skin at the curve of her neck. He has always done this, burying his face in her neck and breathing in the scent of her skin like a starved person. She wanted to ask him what she smells like.
Does she also have a unique scent like he does?
His scent is that of forest and rain. Does she also smell as comforting as he does to her?
He once mentioned that he has started liking her. Has he already fallen in love with her?
