Imma try something new here with characters that I kinda like but I'm not sure. Expect that for the next few chapters uwu (btw these r s/o headcannons)
• at first you didn't know he was Kira until you found the notebook in your bag by accident
• both of you had similar bags so Light started freaking out like crazy
• ryuk came to you and you started freaking out
• when Light came to you everyone was freaking out
• "WHY ARE YOU YELLING?!"
"CUZ YOURE YELLING"
"THEN STOP YELLING"
• They explained everything to you
• after a whole bunch of drama llama that would actually be a very good arc in a high school love drama anime, you guys made up and were chill with it
• you helping him with a list of criminals and stuff
• when you found out that Light was pretending to be Misa's boyfriend you freaked out at first but when you met her you were like "oh ok I get it now"
"Light, I love you but not even I would pretend to be Misa's (s/o)...and you know I have low standards I mean look who I'm dating now."
• one time he was on his man period cuz he was sleep deprived so you just yeeted him on the bed and yeeted yourself on top of him
• "What the heck (Y/N) this is supposed to be a dramatic and serious anime."
"Well you were being a little b*tch so cuddle with me now."
"The f*ck you say to me?"
• he ended up cuddling with you and took a nap with you
• after both of you woke up you poked him in the face until he made one of his funny faces when he was annoyed
• at one point Light pretended to 'break up with Misa' and you literally got a one of those confetti poppers
• it broke and as Light was trying to fix it it blew up in his face
• ryuk laughed his ass off
• "EW ITS IN MY MOUTH!!"
• you and ryuk are the best of friends
• whenever ryuk gets bored he goes to you cuz you always end up doing something stupid in front of other people or shinigami in this case
• it got so bad to the point where you hid all of the apples in the house
• when Light and Misa 'got back together' you pouted and ignored Light for a few days
• Ryuk spent time with you tho
• Light walked in on the two of you spending time together a lot
• until he walked into your room while you guys were playing uno
• "Ryuk get out."
"Why, Light?"
"Yeah, why Light?"
"Cuz they're my (s/o)."
"But we haven't finished the uno game-"
"No u," you said as you placed down a red reverse card. You had won.
"Ok can you get out now?"
You got up but Light put you back down. "No not you, Ryuk."
When he left Light looked back at you.
"You know it looks like my (s/o) is cheating on me with a f*cking shinigami right?"
"Excoose meh, we were just playing uno."
• after an 'argument' you guys made up
•until boom boom ka-chan and Light was back at the Kira case again
• he didn't mind you and Ryuk playing uno afterwards
• you even taught Rem how to play
