After visiting with my mom for a while, I came back to the house and go to Toms office.
"So" I start as I walk in.
"Yes" Tom says, lifting his head from his work.
"Do I get like.. special privilege around here since I'm your sister?" I ask.
"What do you mean?" He asks.
"Okay say I need to impress a hot boy, and I need to borrow a Lamborghini or something" I say.
"Depends on the boy, I probably won't like him" he says.
"There's no boy, just a scenario in which I'd need privileges"
"Well if there's no boy you can take any car you want" he says.
"Sweet!" I say excitedly.
"Now if that's all, I've got shit to do" he says.
"Alright alright I'll stop annoying you" I say, leaving his office.
I walk down the stairs to the living room, and I hear a girl talking.
Another girl.
Fucking finally.
I walk over and see the girl that the voice came from, all wrapped up and cozy with Haz.
I stand at the doorway for a minuet. Watching as she talks to the group of men, who were all engrossed with her.
She had long dyed cherry red hair, and perfectly tan skin even though it's fall. Her brown eyes looked up at Haz and her wide smile appears.
I get woken up from my thoughts when my name is said.
"Ari! Great you're back come meet someone" Haz says, waving me over.
I walk in, smiling to the men that I had already forgotten their names.
"This is Lou" he introduces her.
"Nice to meet you" I smile.
"Ari right?" She asks.
"Aria" I correct her.
"So you're Toms long lost sister?" She asks and I nod.
"Yep that's me" I say.
"I wish he would have found you sooner, all these years of never having a girl around were awful" she laughs.
Years. She's been coming around for years?
"I bet" I say.
I know that it's totally ridiculous but seeing them all cuddled up together slightly upset me. Not that Haz and I are together but he was right the other day. We do have a thing.
"I actually had a long day so I'm gunna go to bed" I say.
A series of good nights poured out before they went back to their normal conversation and I went to my new room.
I fall back onto my bed, letting my body sink into the memory foam, quickly falling asleep.

I wake up and start getting ready for school. I truly didn't want to go today since there was a quiz, but also because I didn't want to deal with Ben. He was so awful to me and now he just wants to act like it never happened? Like we could go back to the way things were?
I walk to the kitchen to make myself some tea, running into Ezra.
"You almost ready?" He asks and I nod.
"Yeah just let me make some tea and we can go" I say.
Lou walks in and Ezra's attention is instantly on her.
"Morning" He says.
"Good morning" she smiles.
Why is everyone in this house practically in love with her?
Okay..
I'll admit that's a stretch but still, everyone's much nicer to her than they are to me. Who even is she?
"Alright I'm ready" I say.
"Where you guys off to?" She asks.
"Aria is in College" Ezra says.
"Oh, fun" she says.
Fun? College? Has she ever even been to college?...
I walk out, Ezra following behind me.
Haz walks out of his room as we pass and greets us.
"Oh hey good luck on that quiz today" he says.
"Thank you" I smile. I told him I had a quiz today like, two days ago. It's sweet that he remembered.
We go to the car, and drive to school.
"So.. who's this Lou girl?" I ask Ezra as we walk through the school.
"She's our weapon hook up basically" he says.
"Huh?"
"Black market weapon distributer, she's gotten to know us over the years and hangs out sometimes" he explains.
"She seems to be really chummed up to you guys" I say and he laughs.
"Is this about her and Harrison?" He asks.
"What? No! Of course not!" I laugh. "She just, She was really all over him wasn't she?"
"She's like that" he shrugs. "Haz doesn't like her though don't worry"
"I'm not worried" I shake my head.
"Yeah I'm sure your not" he says sarcastically.
"Fuck you" I stick my tongue out at him and he laughs.
School went by quickly, no annoying people talked to me, no creepy mobsters surprised me in the bathroom, and i did well on my quiz. it was an easy day.
My phone vibrates and I pull it out.
Haz: How'd the quiz go?
Aria: I think I did well, find out Friday though.
Haz: I'm sure you did great. Nandos and Ben and Jerry's?
I smile at the text. This is exactly what I need.
Aria: sounds perfect. :)
I walk towards Ezra's car and see he's talking to a girl, obviously flirting. I stand back until he sees me and ends his conversation, I wait till the girl has walked far away before walking over to the car.
"So who's that?" I tease.
"Her names trinity, she's so hot" he says.
"She's cute, you should ask her out" I say.
"Nah, I cant" he says.
"Why not?" I ask.
"This life doesn't work with dating" he shrugs as we get in the car.
"You never know unless you try" I say.
"Maybe" he says.
We get to the house and I go in, looking around for Haz.
"Have you seen haz" I ask Taylor, one of the guys I rarely talk to.
"He just left with Lou" he says.
"Oh, okay thanks" I say.
I walk around the house, not really knowing what to do. I don't really have friends here besides him so it's weird being here alone.
I need to just learn to be less dependent on other people.
