15- Deep And Masculine

"Remove the glasses," Roxy instructed Mia.

"Nope, don't touch my glasses," I said.

"Well, it's either glasses or a dress. It's up to you." Roxy said.

I groaned.

"Fine." I pulled off my glasses and placed them on my desk.

If you're wondering what's going on we're going to Aaron's party. Well, I'm being forced to go.

"Now change into this," Roxy said handing me a crop top and jeans.

"Nope, I'm not wearing that crop top. I'm already sacrificing my glasses." I told her.

"Fine what do you want to wear?" she complied.

"A t-shirt."

"No. No. Nope. Never. Nada."

"Well, then I'm not going," I argued.

"Fine, but at least let it be cute," she said.

"Why will it matter? I'm wearing my hoodie on it. No one is gonna see it." I deadpanned.

"Ugh so difficult. You're removing your hoodie when we get there," she said.

"But-"

"No buts now let's find a cute shirt for you. Not a t-shirt."

I groaned.

Why???

Why did I ever agree to this party?

Why did I agree to let Roxy find an outfit for me?

Why did I still want to go to the party no matter how annoying it was?

Why did I want to see Alex so badly?

Whoa, where did that last one come from?

"Hey Angela I found a shirt for you," Roxy said.

"Is it decent? Non-revealing? Something I would like?" I questioned suspiciously.

"Yes, yes, and maybe?" she replied.

"Lemme see then."

She revealed a light blue shirt with sleeves that stopped mid wrist and a part where you could tie at the bottom.

"It's good," I said.

"Finally can you wear them now? The boys come in about 30 minutes." Mia said. She had quit being Roxy's assistant. Apparently it was too stressful.

💟💟💟

"The boys are here!!!" yelled Mia.

"Yeah, we know." I said, "Now stop screaming before you burst my eardrums."

She laughed and followed us downstairs.

We got into Ethan's car but only he and Chase was in there.

"Where Alex?" I asked.

"He's meeting us at the party. He's helping set up." Ethan answered and Roxy wiggled her eyebrows.

I rolled my eyes.

"I was just asking since he invited me. It would be rude to invite someone and not come." I said trying to justify my actions.

"Sure, that's what they all say," said Mia.

I blew a breath. They always do this. Well they've been doing it this entire week.

"Anyway, can we go?" I asked.

"Sure thing."

Then we sped off.
