Twila's POV
"Ahhh ang sakit ng likod ko." Daing ni Aqua. Masakit din likod ko, tsaka balakang ko, feeling ko tuloy di ako makakatayo. Kahit may grass bed ni Ivy, masakit parin taena. The Alicorns might have been shocked too, it was unexpected, it was careless of us to not see that.
"Are you guys alright?" Rinig kong sabi ni Flame.
"Do we look okay Flame?" Inis na sabi ni Ivy, and I can feel her rolling her eyes at Flame.
"Alright ang sabi ko hindi okay—."
"Its the same thing— arg so stupid." Inis na sabi ni Ivy.
"Mama mo. Bahala ka nga pangit mo." Sabi ni Flame. Sasagot pa sana si Ivy pero pinatahimik na sila ni Ian, buti nalang talaga.
"Can you guys shut up." Rinig kong sabi ni Ian. Napatahimik naman ang dalawa.
"Where are we?" Sabi ko ng idilat ko mata ko. Di gaanong madilim dito, dim lang, mga mga rays of light kasi galing sa mga maliliit na butas sa itaas— ang taas nga lang nun.
"I don't know— how did we not realize there was a trap?" Sabi ni Aqua. Napabuntong hininga naman kami. We were not careful.
"Makakatakas naman tayo dito. May plano ako." I heard Sky said. Napalingon naman kami lahat sakanya. "But its risky."
"Lets hear him out." Rinig kong sabi ni Vlad, naka upo siya ngayon habang nakasandal sa Alicorn niya habang naka tutok kay Sky na naka tayo na ngayon—sana ol nakakatayo na, buset sakit parin ng likod ko eh.
Umayos ako ng upo at tiningnan si Sky na ngayoy naka turo na kung saan kami nahulog— sa malaking bato exactly.
"We can try to lift that up." Sky said. Oo nga naman? We have our powers naman.
"We still dont know gano ka bigat ang batong yan." Sabi ni Ian. Tumango naman kami. Di natin alam baka may power na naka ano diyan sa bato to make it more heavy.
"Let's try." Rinig kong sabi ni Flame. Tumayo naman kami kahit masakit ang mga likod namin.
Gagamitin namin ang mga Alicorns namin papunta sa taas, napakataas kasi talaga.
Ng aakmang sasakay na ako sa Alicorn ko nagsalita bigla si Aqua.
"Wait." She said. Agad naman kaming napalingon sakanya, naka tingin siya ngayon sa kamay niya na nagoglow— kulay asul.
"I sense water." She said. Ah oo, I forgot to tell you, she can locate water. "Its the water from the Enchanted River— wait— its really it!" She said. Nanlaki naman mata namin. It means we're near.
Sigurado kaming kung nasaan ang tubig galing sa Mermaid Kingdom, andun yung dalawang Mermaid royalty, they can't survive in any other water except the water from their home, so meaning andoon sila— wherever that water is.
"Mga ilang kilometro galing dito?" Sky asked.
"Maybe 2 kilometers?— yeah 2 kilometers and a half." Sabi ni Aqua.
"Guys, may daan papunta doon oh." Ivy said at tinuro yung daan sa harap namin. Oo nga, ngayon ko lang din na realize.
"Can we take that route muna? I think that way will lead us to where were heading faster than taking the route above." Suggest ni Aqua.
"Let's agree on this, Aqua knows better at this point, Aqua can locate water, she's our best shot in finding the princess and the queen, its the best thing to rely on for now." Ian said, I agree with Flame, actually kami lahat agree, including Vlad.
Kaya we walked our way in.
Tahimik kaming naglalakad patungo sa— saan man ito papunta, di ko din alam. Habang nagkakalayo kami galing sa kinaroroonan, nagkakadilim din. The only light we can see as of now it Flame's fire na nasa kanya for us to see where were going and Aquas light from her hands locating the water where the Mermaid Royalties are.
Habang nagfofocus sa paglalakad, someone held my hand. Alam ko na sino to kahit di ko pa nakikita ang mukha. He intertwined our hands as we continued walking, I can feel the warmth of his hands which sends electricity to all parts of my body. Kung kanina malamig, ngayon ang init na.
Ano to? HHWOAM? Holding hands while on a mission? Pasimple din tong isang to.
Nasa huli pala kaming dalawa, alala ko pa kanina ako lang yung nasa huli, pero sinamahan ako netong mokong na to dito sa huli, at ang kapal ng mukha niyang hawakan kamay ko eh hindi pa kami? Hmp!
Pero wala akong planong kunin kamay niya sa pagkakapit sakin,it feels like my hand fits his hand perfectly— ang landi ko na putaena mo Vlad.
Wait— oo nga pala before I forget. Agad ako papunta kay Ivy— with Vlad ofc.
"Nga pala Ivy." I started.
"Yep?" Tanong niya in confusion.
"Bakit ang dami mong dalang hayop? How did you manage to put all of those in a short period of time?" Tanong ko. Bago lang din kasi na imbento ang magic bag, sa pagkaka-alam ko kapag kasi may mga naimbento ang mga scientists namin sa school na nakakatulong saaming royalties, saamin agad ibibigay if effective ito.
"Oo nga? Binigay yun sa umaga ah, kahapon." Sky said.
"Ahh yun?" She said and chuckled lightly. "Hologram yun. May nilagay kasi akong 50 hologram capsules na hindi pa tested sa bag ko, Scientist Furrie asked for my help to test it last week pero I forgot, so I kept brought it here baka kasi magamit natin at may maibigay din akong reports kay scientist Furrie." She said.
I forgot to mention, she has been helping Scientist Furrie when it comes to organic materials na ginagamit sa lab, looks like ang capsule na yun ay made out of organic materials that's why she's helping with those.
"May irereport ka na sakanya— and can't wait to have those." Aqua said. "Ang cool kaya." Agree naman ako sakanya. Biruin mo yun? That saved us from being killed!
"Scientist Furrie pa?" Flame said and we all chuckled except sa isa dyan.
"What you did earlier was good— but it was risky, and you didnt even know if it was effective or not, better not do that again Ivy." Seryosong sabi ni Vlad sakanya. I saw a glimpse of hurt in her eyes pero she hid it with a smile— small smile- si Ivy ang pinaka malapit kay Flame ngayon kaya nakikita ko.
"Fine, I will use effective inventions and not use the testing ones in serious and urgent situations like what happened earlier, are we good now?" She said and fake smiled tapos tumalikod saamin, there was a hint of bitterness in her voice and I suddenly became annoyed. I unconsciously punched Vlad in the shoulder.
"Wtf- what was that for?" Inis na reklamo ni Vlad.
"You should be grateful she saved our lives. And Im sure she wouldn't put us in danger." Sabi ko. I've known Ivy for quite sometime now, and I know she would not do things that might harm us.
"What she did was risky- yes she saved us, but what if the capsule didnt work?" Seryosong sabi ni Vlad.
"We'd be a wolf food." Sky said. Although they have a point but can Vlad be nicer, I know Ivy gave a lot of thought about making that decision, and I know its not easy to decide such thing, he should atleast be considerate and nicer.
"Vlad's right Twila." Mahinang sabi ni Ivy. "Dont worry Ill be more careful next time." Dagdag niya pa. After that there was dead silence, and an awkward atmosphere was with us.
I was still holding Vlad's hand who was squeezing my hand lightly which made me so comfortable despite the awkwardness amongst us— pero Im still annoyed at him.
