Aqua's POV
Nasa labas kami ngayon ng clinic ng school. Nasa loob si Vlad.
Nakarating kami dito mga an hour ago, tineleport kami ni Twila dito, at nakauwi na ng mermaid kingdom ang princess and queen. They are secured na doon.
All is well except Vlad.
And ngayon nag-aantay kaming buksan ng nurse tong clinic. Since this mission is kinda confidential. Di nila sinabi sa mga students, para di mag panic.
They are treating Vlad. At hindi mapakali si Twila, she's crying so bad. She's blaming herself anong nangyari.
"Hindi mo nga yun kasalanan." Sabi ni Ivy sakanya at hinagod ang likod niya. Kanina pa siya umiiyak, nonstop!
"I-it's all my f-fault." She cried.
"It was an accident, di natin alam na andun si Uliyah." I said to her. Umiling siya.
"I k-knew na Uliyah was *sobs* somewhere, If o-only I didn't p-panic at b-binilisan ang p-pagteleport sa r-reyna at prinsesa..." She stopped for a moment to breathe. "S-sana d-di c-critical si *sobs* V-Vlad ngayon." She said and sobbed so much. Hinagod naman namin ang likod ni Twila.
"Shhh tama na Twila, you saved us naman." I said to calm her down. Pero la epek bes, walang epek.
We all turned our heads when the clinic door opened. Iniluwa naman nito ang nurse.
Agad naman siyang nilapitan ni Twila.
"H-how's Vlad?" Mahina nitong sabi. The nurse didn't say anything, instead, she opened the door wide.
Agad naman kaming pumasok. At nadatnan namin si Vlad na mahimbing na nakahiga sa isang bed. Malinis na siya ngayon. And wala nang bruises.
"S-so?" Twila said and faced the nurse. "H-how is he?" Kinakabahang sabi ni Twila.
Umiling ang nurse na para bang masama ang condition ni Vlad.
"Okay na siya." The nurse said which made us feel ease. "But..."
That but made all our faces pale. But what?
"Wh-what?" Ivy asked.
"A-anong mangyayari?" I asked.
"He will be in a coma for about—" she looked at her calendar. "I don't know in particular... but my guess is 4-6 weeks. Di naman weak si Vlad and I know he can fight this." She said and patted Twila's back. "However, if he was an ordinary person, it would take about 2-5 years to recover." Dagdag niya.
Ganyan pala talaga kalakas si Uliyah. She shouldn't be underestimated.
"T-that long?" Shocked na tanong ni Flame. Tumango naman ang nurse.
"We still need to observe him." The nurse said and looked at Vlad. "If you may excuse me, I will report this to the principal." Sabi ng nurse at umalis.
Agad namang lumapit si Twila kay Vlad at hinawakan ang kamay nito.
"You guys should rest." Mahinang sabi ni Twila.
"P-pero si Vlad—" Ivy was interrupted by Twila.
"Ako na bahala kay Vlad, I know you guys are tired, and you guys have a lot of questions, but for now rest muna kayo." She said while looking at Vlad.
"Are you sure you will be okay alone?" Ian asked.
If someone is tired among us, its definitely Twila.
"Oo." Tipid na sagot ni Twila.
"Pwede kita samahan." I suggested. But she shook her head and insisted that we rest. So wala kaming nagawa kundi sumang-ayon.
