it was sunday now. halloween was over.

on friday, ivy had helped calum to create a luigi costume, and the day was filled with awkward glances, mainly from calum.

"you know, on sunday," he began, scratching the back of his kneck,

"do you think we could maybe, go out? i'll take you out and we can just, uh-" calums cheeks were red by then, very red, and he looked like he could cry,

"yeah, that sounds good." ivy smiled as calums eyes widened,

"what? really?!" he said in disbelief, causing ivy to laugh,

"yes, calum." she chuckled as he smiled a huge grin, his blush still apparent on his cheeks,

"great, alright, yeah." he said happily as ivy tried to contain the redness quickly forming on her cheeks.

"you look fine. you look fine." ivy said to herself, staring at her reflection in front of her, but sighed; she looked nothing like she wanted to, and although her and calum were only going to a park, she still wanted to look somewhat attractive.

she quickly moved to her wardrobe to change when a knock at the door stopped her movement.

"calum." she smiled as she opened the door,

"ready to go?" he smiled as ivy looked down at her feet and sighed,

"yep."

"what's up?" he asked as she frowned,

"i just feel, i don't know.. im not attractive and i just feel like im wasting your time." she said quietly as calum shook his head,

"ivy, don't be crazy. i love spending time with you, i wouldn't care if you looked like a gorilla," he said, ivy chuckling beside him,

"well maybe not a gorilla but- shall we get going?" he said as ivy nodded, a wide smile across her lips as they left the house.
