Later that night
Jahseh pov
My eyes fluttered open, I saw my mom comforting Liah.
"Are you staying here tonight?"She asked Liah
"Yeah"Liah nodded as she quickly wiped the tear coming down her face
"Don't cry Li Li"I mumbled
Her eyes lit up when she saw I was wide awake. Liah grabbed my hand "How you feeling baby?"
"Like shit"I smirked lightly
"Jahseh, who did this to you?"my mom asked
My smirk went away, I gave her a simple shrug "I don't know"
"You sure?"Liah asked, I looked her in her eyes immediately feeling bad, I hate lying to her
"Yeah, I-I think they had on masks"I stuttered
"Well did they say anything? You think you can recognize their voices?"Liah rambled
I sighed "Babe please, I really don't wanna talk about it right now"
"Okay, fine...I'm just glad you okay"She pecked my lips softly
"So am I...I love you so much son"My mom kissed my forehead
"I love you too ma"
"I gotta head back home to Aiden"She said
"Who's at home with him?"I asked
"Toya"she answered
"Oh" I mumbled
"Okay, I'll be back first thing in the morning okay?"
I nodded, she rubbed Liah's shoulder before walking out.
Liah looked back at me "Everybody came by to check on you"
I nodded before looking at the tv. A few seconds later a nurse walked in greeting me.

Monday morning at school
I got my sexual Ed book out my locker. I honestly didn't want to come here today but Jahseh basically forced me. He should be able to come home later on today, So cleo is gonna pick him up.
"Liah?"
I turned around and saw Sonny walking towards me. I slammed my locker and glared at him "what do you want?"
"Look, I just wanted to apologize for my actions this past weekend...there's honestly no excuse for it"He said
"Mhm okay"I mumbled
"Liah, the whole school think me and Scar did something to Jahseh but I swear to god we wouldn't do anything like that"Sonny said sincerely, he actually looked like he was telling the truth
"AYE!"I heard a deep, raspy voice yell
Stokeley came over to me basically pushing Sonny back "You stay away from Liah"Stokeley said
"I was just apologizing to her"
"I don't give a fuck! You lucky I'm not beating yo ass right now!"he yelled
Sonny sighed "So I'm guessing you think scar and I did that to Jahseh-"
"I don't think, I know"Stokeley said
