"Levicorpus!" James chanted, and Severus Snape was suddenly dangling in the air, upside down. Sirius burst out laughing.
"Stop it!"
It was Lily Evans, face almost as red as her hair with anger. Sirius rolled his eyes, knowing that James would listen. Sure enough, Snape fell to the ground with a thud.
Lily helped him up, and dragged him away.
"Merlin, I hate that guy," James growled. "He's like a hate magnet. I don't know how Evans deals with him," Sirius replied.
"We should've jinxed him," James sighed.
"Given him the jelly legs," Sirius agreed, loosening his tie.
"We should learn the Bat-Bogey. We could practise on Snivellius."
"Remus is going to kill us," Sirius grinned.
"Well, we're gonna die either way."
